Otherworldly pork noodles, easily the best I have ever had in Malaysia. Some may argue that there is another crazy pork noodles stall in SS15 Subang, one which requires a ridiculously long wait to get a bowl of ridiculously good pork noodles. Well, Ah Or is opened by the sisters of the famous SS15 pork noodles and it is better because you don’t have to wait an hour for your food. Each bowl is made individually. The broth is perfect. You don’t get the soup from a large pot of pre-cooked soup or any of that nonsense. Each bowl comes with generous amounts of tasty minced meat, lean meat, innards, crispy lard, and bits of preserved vegetables. Order a large bowl, add on an egg(or two), and ask for extra pork to get the full effect. I have tried many different pork noodles, such as Peter’s pork noodles in Brickfields and the SS3 pork noodles near the Taman Megah traffic lights, to name a few. They have not been able to deliver the same level of satisfaction of Ah Or Pork Noodles. Visit during brunch(10−11am) or after lunch hours(2.30 — 3.30pm) to avoid the crowds. Order a mad bowl of pork noodles and some star fruit juice or «sa lei» to go with it. You’re welcome.
