Nice pub with a friendly atmosphere
Food was really nice, lovely Sunday lunch
drinks were refreshing

I last visited this pub 20 years ago when i was charged £12 for a pint of beer by a thieving barman. It was worth the wait it is now a comfortable pub with lots of quiet alcoves (ideal for lovers). The staff are honest and friendly the food menu is reasonably priced. There is a small car park at the back an it is well served by buses and trains.
