This in an intimate affair, with soft lighting, candles and some cosy booths. I should imagine this place gets busy with couples and small groups on the weekend, but it was virtually empty when we turned up on a Monday night. The menu covers a good range of pasta, chicken, meat and fish dishes — though the range of vegetarian options is positively woeful. On the menu, the dishes sound very appealing, but overall there were mixed opinions regarding the mains and desserts, though the service was attentive. Just lacking a little va-​va voom to be something truly special. Good wine list though.
