The place is a hidden gem… I stopped because the restaurant smelled so good as we walked by– we started with Estrella beer and then had «Verduras a la brasa» — grilled vegetables– amazing!!! Then the «iskender kebab” — gyro meat with a warm red sauce and bread– I could not believe how great it was!!! A must stop in Barcelona!!!

I’ve been with my partner for dinner and I loved the food and cervicio. the price is very good with the quality of food. I really liked the atmosphere. we will be back soon. We encourage all if you w’nt healthy eating and with good price.

I travel to Barcelona once a month, I really appreciate being able to grab a quick bite to go at an affordable price. Staff always smile and the wraps/​panini is always stuffed with freshly cut meat! Yum yum :)

We ordered
grilled shrimp tapas– it was not cooked properly.
Paella (seafood and chicken) — rice was undercooked and damn salty, we returned the dish and they said they will prepare another one, we waited for 30 minutes but nothing was served, then we stepped out without food.
Their turkish cusine might be good not sure why all these stars!!!

Good food, served with a smile. We wandered from our hostel after dropping off our luggage and happened to pass by A La Turca. The guy behind the counter had a big smile and welcomed us in. For a combo meal, you get an entrée and choice of beer, wine, or soda. We both ordered wine! I ordered the kebab combo plate which came with hummus, rice-​a-​roni, salad and a mixed gyro meat (chicken & lamb). So good! I was ravenous and enjoyed every morsel. Well, the rice-​a-​roni wasn’t my fave though. The wine was ok. The service was excellent. We paid before leaving and they take credit cards too.
