Baluard

Estuvimos de paso y lo vimos, nos llamó el aroma a pan recién horneado. Entramoa y compramos eclaires un bagette para llevar. Los eclaires dr vainilla estaban mundiales.
El sitio dentro se veia grande y aunque habia gente en la cola se movía bastante rápido

El no va más de la panadería artesana.
Este local comprate edificio con un hotel lowcost y por las mañanas la cafetería está reservada hasta las 10:30 para los huéspedes del hotel.
Esto no impide que pidas una café para llevar y compres la pasta que más te guste dentro de la amplia selección que tienen, todas artesanas y todas las que he probado están de escándalo.
Se puede ver cómo los artesanos elaboran el pan y la bollería desde unos cristales y que demuestran que todo es artesano.
Como no el pan es de categoría. Tienen diversas variedades pero suelo comprar la barra Baluard que está muy buena y tiene un precio adecuado.
Hay que armarse de paciencia según a que hora pues siempre hay cola para comprar aunque las chicas que atienden van rápido.
Lo dicho, un lujo tener esta panadería tan cerca de casa.

The bread here — OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Prior to experiencing Baluard in Barcelona, i spent 5 days consuming Baguette all over Paris… I can honesty say that this Bakery had one of the best loaves of bread that i have ever been so luck to enjoy. A massive, beautiful and round load of tomato bread was shared among me and my three friends fairly quickly. Perfectly crunchy, full of flavor, fresh tomatoes and still warm — i would pay $ 20 for that loaf right meow. The line is out the door although it moves very fast. If that doenst seem to be true upon your visit… WAIT ANYWAY

The best bakery in Barcelona! Everything from bread to pastry is fresh & tastes like heaven! The staff is friendly & welcoming! Baluard beats many french bakeries in France. Must visit!!!

Please excuse me while I stuff my face with another almond croissant. I woke up this morning craving another one of these treats, so my mom got one for me. It was my third in 3 days! The pastry and almond filling are too hard to resist. Everything else looks amazing here, but my almond croissant is my pick and weakness.

Amazing breads and pastries, my favourite is the «Pa de Fruits Secs» loaf. Sold by the kilo but well worth it. Loved it so much I brought an entire loaf back home with me to share with family and friends. Friendly staff well worth the visit if you are spending a day at the beach.

Great place for breakfast of a quick lunch. Excellent service and quality and price. The mortadella Parmesan on a baguette with pumpkin and sesame seeds is delicious.

Segunda tienda de la mítica panadería Baluard de la Barceloneta en los bajos del Hotel Praktik Bakery en la Calle Provenza, 279 dentro del Eixample Derecho de Barcelona. Me puedo imaginar a los privilegiados clientes de este hotel despertándose a primera hora de la mañana con el delicioso aroma de pan y croissants recién hechos. Todo un lujo.
