Amazing restaurant. One of the best restaurant meals we ever had in our life! the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings was just outstanding. and the people who work there were fun and interesting to talk with too. We were visiting from NYC

One of the best meals I have ever had. This is truly a dining experience. The service was fantastic. We had the surprise menu and we loved it. We enjoyed each course. The food was fresh and so beautifully prepared. One of our favorites

A great experience! The service is amazing, especially one waiter (who is also an owner), unfortunately cannot remember his name. We had a surprise menu, miso soup with fois gras amazing!!! Cod fish excellent, as well as a rib eye! Crème brûlée was out of this world. Definitely worth trying!

Con Gracia was simply perfect.
The atmosphere was minimalist yet cozy; the servers were friendly and attentive without being annoying intrusive. Helpfully, their English was great. This was a good thing for someone whose Spanish is rusty and his Catalan non-​existent.
And then there was the food.
I went for the Surprise Menu paired with the Surprise Wine Tasting, and I would recommend this course to everyone. What fun is a tasting menu when you know what’s coming next? The server asks you for any food allergies, strong likes or dislikes, and soon a procession of dishes begin marching across your table. And the wine pairings were spot-​on.
Go to Con Gracia, and be pleasantly surprised.

This is a place for tourists. As helpful as trip advisor and Unilocal prove to be, one of the shortcomings of using it abroad is that all tourists will generally flock to highly rated restaurants. Unfortunately, the restaurant is usually highly rated because another fellow tourist deems it to be so.
Thus, you essentially get what I got upon walking into Con Gracia. A place where all of the patrons are speaking English. You will be naught to find a large local presence here.
The food? Good, adequate — but if given more time, I wouldn’t return.

Three and a half stars. If you have been backpacking across Europe for months, eating nothing but granola bars and Egg McMuffins, this place will seem like foodie paradise.
I had the «surprise» menu. The only real surprise was a chilled shot of soup made from the water inside of a tomato. Everything else was fairly standard. The first dish was the best… A shrimp paella plate. Beyond that, I had a tuna steak that was overcooked, a rice dish with a mushroom sauce that could have come from a box, a sour lemon sorbet, and a pretty basic flour less chocolate cake.
When I heard «surprise menu», I guess I expected some really exotic concoctions. I also hoped that there would be some actual Catalan speaking Barcelona residents eating here. Nope, all Americans, Canadians and Brits. Easy to tell because the place is very small (room for about 20).
The setting is intimate and the service is reasonably good. They also do a good job with the wine pairing. Of 5 wines, at least three were exceptional.
For about 100 Euros per person with wine, Con Gracia is simply not all that surprising or valuable.

Das beste Restaurant in dem ich bisher war! Es gibt nur zwei Menüs zur Auswahl, das traditionelle und ein Überraschungsmenü. Wir haben uns für das letztere entschieden. Der Kellner fragt dann als erstes nach Allergien oder Sachen, die man nicht mag. Danach ging es Gang für Gang los, immer mit einer kleinen Erklärung, was auf dem Tisch steht. Es hat in allen 7 Gängen unseren Geschmack absolut getroffen. Dazu hatten wir das Wein-​Menü. 5 Weine passend zu den Gerichten, ebenfalls mit einer kurzen Erklärung, gereicht.
Meine Freundin, absolut keine Weintrinkerin hat es, dennoch geschmeckt. Ich fand es wirklich klasse. 5 sehr unterschiedliche hochklassige Weine, jeder für sich lecker und zum Gericht passend. Auch wenn es nur ca. 0,1 l pro Glas sind, hat man dann am Abend schon ordentlich was getrunken. Mehr sollte es nicht sein. Die Gerichte sind sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Immer mit einer kleinen Besonderheit, die man nicht erwartet hat. Besonders das vorletzte Gericht hat es in sich. Bevor man den kleinen Nachtisch bekommt, gibt es ein Blüte zu essen, bzw. auf die Zunge zu legen. Die verändert die Geschmackswahrnehmung. Sehr spannend und dennoch lecker. Die Kellner sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer da wenn man sie braucht aber nicht aufdringlich. So wie man es sich wünscht. Auch wenn es teurer ist. Dieser Abend war jeden Cent Wert!

Best meal I have ever eaten. Attention is paid to every detail of your visit from when you walk in and see that there is only seating for 24, throughout the meal with every dish being explained, to the end when your taxi is automatically called. The food was outstanding, the highest quality possible, with an amazing flavor combinations.
Definitely for a special night out as it will cost about € 100 per person but a must do in Barcelona.

Quelle surprise ! Quel menu surprise ! Né prenez pas autre chose que le menu surprise qui vous réservé au-​delà des surprises de chaque plat une surprise dont je né vous dirai rien mais qui mérite l expérience…
Un budget c est sûr mais vous né le regretterez pas d autant que l accueil est à la hauteur.
Pour 2, tout compris 130 € alors à né pas manquer.

This place was very nice. It has 2 menus — traditional and surprise tasting menus. We opted for the surprise menu as many of the other patrons did as well. The food was amazing and the portions quite large for a tasting. For a little extra they pair the food with wine which really adds to the experience.
The dining area only seats about 24. I guess they could fit 30, or so, if necessary. It was a nice size to get the right amount of attention from the staff.
We were really pleased with the whole experience, and would love to go back.

Este pequeño restaurante me encanta!!!
Y digo pequeño porque solo tiene 6 mesas, así que es de lo más íntimo y personal. Las mesas son chiquitas y sueles rozar codo con codo a la hora de cenar.
El menu es excelente una comida mediterránea con un toque asiático, pero sin las cosas típicas. Aquí solo tienes dos opciones: el menú sorpresa que como su propio nombre indica, no sabes lo que puede caerte, ya que es una originalidad del chef; o bien el menú tradicional donde tu eliges. Ambos menús son de 7 platos así que no sueles quedarte con hambre.
Si además te gusta el vino hay que saber que tienen una carta amplísima tanto de nacionales como de importación.

uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en barcelona (solo he estado en 4 o 5, jaja). es un local pequeño (no recuerdo las mesas que habia, pero no creo que hubiese mas de 5 o 6) y muy acogedor. el servicio es muy atento y cordial, excelente, en otras palabras, en cuanto vuelva por barcelona, sin duda, me vuelvo a pasar
