While trying to find a place for lunch at La Rambla, we were approached by the restaurant’s friendly scout staff and decided to go off the Main Street to try their kebabs. When arrived, we were a bit skeptical as we were the only customers there, but the staff were very welcoming and we got service right away. For a family of 4, we ordered 1 beef kebab wrap sandwich, 1 chicken kebab in pita bread. Each around 4.5 euros. 1 hummus with very thin naan bread(4 – 5’ish euros) and 1 special plate for 2 adults to share which had an assortment of lambs, chicken kebabs, Turkish meat patties, salad, and naan bread(27 euros). By this time the restaurant was filling up with more customers. The owner came and talked with us, making sure we were taken care of. The hummus and naan were super delicious! The very thin naan bread were piping hot and the hummus was creamy with just the right amount of spice. We asked for 2 refills of the naan because it was so good! Our two daughters enjoyed their large kebab sandwiches/wrap with enough left over for their afternoon snack. My husband and I devoured the special plate… all the meats were excellent! The owner gave complimentary desserts, an assortments of baklavas and coconut chocolate cup. Overall, we were very happy with the food and service, glad we followed the restaurant’s scout. We would have never found it if he wasn’t out by the Main Street lobbying for customers. It was one of the best meals we had in Barcelona. I definitely recommend this place!
