Green Shots

The place looks really inviting (small though). The service is really confusing. Is not self service but you can pick some of the dishes yourself, with no orientation ended up paying extra for an item which was not in the menu. The food was tasty enough and all natural. The price/​quality ratio on the limit of the expensive side. 1 cup of hummus, 1 slice (about 150g) quiche, 250cc natural carrot juice and 1 cup of yougurt with honey. all for 12eur. Given the presentation and effortless cooking of the dishes. is border line expensive. Hummus was great flavor wise.

Green Shots es uno de mis restaurantes de zumos cold pressed y comida favoritos en Barcelona. El zumo verde Green Summer con espinacas, manzana, piña y menta está delicioso y en cuanto a comida mi elección es la hamburguesa de verduras y setas con mayonesa de soja. ¡Un must-​eat!

After walking by several times in the evening after closing hours, I had a free morning and swung by Green Shoots to check out their juice selection. They have a very large selection of green (and non-​green) juices and smoothies and the women at the register was incredibly friendly and had an English menu ready in case I didn’t understand the ingredient lists for each drink.
The juice I selected had celery, cucumber, pineapple and apple and was very tasty. She freshly made it after I ordered it and it just slightly chilled when she handed it to me. I also was enticed by the delicious smelling quiche that they had on the table next to the register and after some deliberation selected a slice of the zucchini, sun dried tomato and goat cheese quiche. The quiche was pretty good though the crust had gotten a little bit soggy.
There is ample seating and free wifi so it felt very warm and welcoming. They let me sit and read my book while I slowly enjoyed my juice and quiche and were in no rush for me to leave, which I really appreciated. If I’m in the area I would definitely return again! Bonus points for them accepting credit card.

The juices (go green) which I thought might be a bit bitter were so fresh and delicious. The carrot cake bread was insanely moist and delicious. Perfect pick me up after class!

Such a cute place! The ladies working here made our vacation! The food ultra fresh and lots of fresh cold pressed organic juice! Yumm! We’ve been here every day! Will be stopping in again on the way to the airport in the morning!
