Mosaic is located inside the Hilton Barcelona. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had the English Breakfast buffet here every morning and it was delicious with plenty of variety. The buffet offerings were scrambled eggs, sunny side egg, bacon, sausage, beans, noodles, toast/​croissants, muffins and lots of fruit. The beverages offered were a fresh pot of coffee, juices, and still/​sparkling water. The star of the buffet was the bacon, thick cut and crisp. The staff constantly checked the buffet to make sure items did not run out and replenished right away. Highly recommend having breakfast here.
