Hotel standard ! Accueil agréable, personnel disponible. Les chambres correctes mais assez mal isolées !
Petit Dejeuner sucré et salé, correct, sans plus.
Le plus: la station de métro au pied de l’hôtel même si l’hôtel est rapidement accessible depuis le centre ville en une petite ballade à pied.

My wife and I stayed at this very modern and good looking hotel for two nights. The staff was courteous and efficient and helpful with our needs.
It is located in the busy and noisy part of town and as such, is really convenient to all of the tourist attractions.
Despite the great design, we found the hotel to lack certain taken for granted amenities, most notably a good wifi. It is limited to only web use and is very slow. It does not allow access to any phone or tablet apps and this made it difficult for me to conduct the small amount of business I needed while on holiday.
Laundry service was very quick though 70 euro for washing 4 polo shirts and 3 pair of jeans seemed a bit steep.
Al in all, it is a good place for those wanting modern design and in the heart of all the action.

Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. We drove around for 40 minutes, trying to maneuvre our way through the construction zones, one way streets and masses of people, only to stumble upon a tiny parking garage just before we were about to give up and book something else. DONT go here if you have a car. We had a small Mercedes slk, but I can’t imagine getting around in anything bigger than that with these narrow alleys. The rest of the hotel is nice enough. We had concrete stairs right outside our window. Horrible view. I would never go back here. Book the other silken hotel, it’s way better.

Out of the 5 hotels I stayed in for my 3 week vacation in Europe, this hotel was my favorite! There are so many conveniences in the surrounding area. The metro is only a 2 min walk away, there’s a supermarket around the corner, and many tapas restaurants nearby. Best of all, the café next door serves delicious coffee and croissant breakfast combo for 1.30 euro.
The staff speak excellent English and were extremely helpful and professional. The room itself is small but super clean, and equipped with a safe, an electronic water boiler, tv, and THE MOST comfortable king sized bed that I have ever slept on. The bathroom is modern, has a bathtub, and the facility’s services keep it fully stocked with bathroom supplies, even a toothbrush! The insulation is good and I didn’t have any noise problems.
This hotel fit nicely into our budget and I. highly recommend staying here!!!

This hotel has 1000% exceeded my expectations. Not only is this hotel really cute, clean and modern (they recently had a multi-​million euro renovation) but the customer service is BY FAR the most genuine, personalized, friendly and professional I have ever experienced.
My family had an unexpected emergency while vacationing in Barcelona, and being Americans not knowing the language or system, the director of the hotel assigned one of their multi-​lingual staff to be our personal translator at various government agencies to quickly and efficiently take care of some sensitive personal business. I tell you, this was an unbelievable act of generosity and care that the hotel did NOT have to do.
Not only was the director kind and generous, but the entire staff! From the cleaning ladies, to the cooks in the kitchen and front desk, EVERYONE was caring, friendly, and kind.
Okay, enough about their hospitality (BUT WOW, I cannot express how unbelievable they were towards us), but this hotel is in a great location. It’s in the «theatre district» of Barcelona and there was a bunch of tapa bars in the area too. It’s much easier for me to recap so…
Pros:
–Super close to the metro (there’s an entrance across the street from the hotel), it was only 2 stops away from Las Ramblas — the main shopping and market area (touristy but cool!).
–Great all you can eat breakfast buffet. The breads, frittata and coffee machine was my faves
–very clean hotel, simple, newer and modern. The beds are memory foam variety too.
–Free Wi-​Fi
–One of the closer hotels to the cruise ship port
–Great water pressure in the shower!!!
Cons:
–the Wi-​Fi in the room we were in was weak and would drop us often. but this room was in the back, first floor patio area, so basically we were blocked off by buildings. the Wi-​Fi in the lobby is super strong and probably those rooms closest to it
–the step in shower floor was really slippery! It was an great shower but I found myself having to be really careful in there.
