We had the Sunday Buffet and it was unbelievable– wonderful food, great device — carrot cake best ever had! Tapas were the best!

Came here for drinks. Ordered one glass of sangria. The glass was big enough to share between two people if you’re not looking to drink much. The sangria was very good and refreshing. The service was nice and attentive.

This is my hidden gem for a chill night in Gracia. Just pick up a game and start
playing with your friends.

Si eres un amante de los desayunos largos y contundentes en fin de semana, no podrás evitar caer rendido a los pies de este sitio.
Fui un sábado a probar el menú brunch que tienen por 18 € y salí encantada. Es de la misma gente que tiene el Avenue Bar muy cerquita pero el funcionamiento del brunch es un poco diferente.
Por ese precio, tienes:
— Buffet libre durante una hora y media de todo lo que encuentres en la barra. Hay para todos los gustos tanto dulce como salado. Embutidos, quesos, fruta, ensaladas, tortilla de patata, tomate de varias formas, quichés y muchas cosas para untar en pan deliciosas (probé una crema de philadelphia con salmón de rechupete). En la parte dulce, también encuentras mucha variedad. Magdalenas, cookies, tartas y pan de diversos tipos en los que untar desde mantequilla con mermeladas hasta nutella.
— Un café o te
— Barra libre de mimosas y bloody mary
— Dos tapas a elegir de la carta. Yo me decanté por una mini hamburguesa buenísimas y unos huevos benedictinos con bacon de rechupete
— Pancake
El servicio además me gustó mucho. Las chicas estuvieron muy atentas y nos insistían para que comiésemos más de la barra libre o pidiésemos más bebida.
Si puedes, pásate un día y a ver si te gusta tanto como a mi.

Fuimos a probar el brunch de este local porque tenía buenas críticas y la verdad es que no nos decepcionó. Las camareras son muy simpáticas y atentas; y el local tiene una decoración vintage muy acogedora, con objetos antiguos por todas partes.
Por un precio de 18 € el brunch consta de:
— Barra libre al buffet salado (cous cous, huevos rellenos, pastel de tortilla, tomates con queso y pesto, embutido, bagels, pan, salsas…) y dulce (galletas, pasteles, mermeladas, nocilla, crema de cacahuete…).
— Barra libre de zumos, mimosas y bloody mary.
— Elección de 2 platillos calientes (entre las opciones había mini hamburguesa, huevo benedict, salsicha, patata con bacon y queso…).
— Elección de un pancake «normal» o uno con virutas de chocolate.
— Café o té.
A tener en cuenta que el brunch tiene un horario amplio, de 11:30 a 16h; y que es necesario reservar puesto que el local es muy pequeño.
Recomendable al 100%.

We were there for mojito Mondays, 3 euro. They were very strong and delicious. The bar-​b-​q chicken sandwich was good too.
Nachos good bar food. Bartender speaks English. Kitchen closes 11pm at least when we were there. Overall nice vibe.

stumbled across this cute little hidden treasure the other day, The food was awsome and you could eat unlimited and choose from everything from eggs to healthy salads, burgers, toast and great drinks, tea, coffeee, juice, bloody marys, you name it really! everything was freshly made and tasted homemade! The place is small and has a really nice atmosphere with a homely feel to it, I highly recommend this joint for a weekend brunch or for a nice coctail at night!

Come and experience the greatness. Décor is superb. Food is delicious. You will not regret it!

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas and the surrounding neighborhoods, head over to Gracia and you’ll be more amongst locals.
Timeline is a fantastic hole in the wall bar and restaurant. It’s dark, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the drinks are delicious, and the food is comforting. At night, the menu is a bit more tavern-​style, with a handful of burgers (veg and non-​veg), salads, sandwiches, and nachos.
Two of my friends had turkey sandwiches, one had a bbq chicken sandwich, and I had the nachos supreme, with homemade veggie chili. Everything was filling and delish. Oh, and we split two pitchers of sangria. Do yourself a favor and get some of that ;)
If you get bored while you wait for food and drinks, it appears that Timeline has some games tucked beneath the tables – we spotty jenga under ours!

We were hunting for some good tapas to kill time before Parc Güell, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Although the seating is very limited, Timeline is off the beaten path and a great escape from the touristy crowds. For only € 18 per person we each got 2 tapas plates, choice of mini pancakes, unlimited pinches from the mini buffet and choice of bottomless — that’s right bottomless — mimosas or bloody marys. The tapas choices weren’t necessarily traditional, but the overall vibe and quality of food made this an incredible find. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quick-​ish bite around Parc Güell!

Such a good deal for so much food! Only € 18 for a full buffet, plus your choice of two breakfast tapas and a pancake, and bottomless drinks. I recommend the patatas with cheese and bacon. The service was great and they were very accommodating of our large group.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! This was one of the best brunches in Barcelona. For 18 € you get endless drinks (mimosas, juices, water and coffee), 3 tapas and an endless buffet of fresh bagels, quiche, deviled eggs and so much more! This is a hidden gem of Barcelona. They speak English too

This used to be my local when I lived up in Gracia but I haven´t been for awhile since no longer live nearby. I went back to this weekend and found it exactly as I remembered it: great ambiance, really nice staff and delicious mojitos (I went for «just one» and ended up having four… oops).
The bar is cute and cozy, decorated with old antiques and some cool art pieces. It has a friendly, welcoming vibe and both clients as well as the staff seemed to be having a good time. There are games that you can play which make the atmosphere even better, and the music was awesome.
The waitress was super friendly made sure that our table was always attended to and although I arrived late and didn´t eat my friends all said that the food was delicious (their bravas and nachos are always a favorite). The menu has a nice mix of choices, a lot of which are veggie options which is usually pretty hard to find.
This bar is definitely top on the list of Gracia bars and I was very happy to see that it´s just as great I remembered it. I´ll be back for sure.

Hermano mayo de avenue y recomendado por las camareras de ese bar decidimos hacer un brunch aqui, un estilo vintage con camareras super simpaticas, es bufet libre con muchisimas variedad de alimentos y tb para veganos! Lo pasamos genial. El sitio es pequeñito y hay que hacer reserva pero merece la pena :)

cozy spot with a great atmosphere. we thought it was just a bar, but they offer a dinner menu. the kitchen is the size of a closet, but they serve tasty tapas out of it! it was empty when we walked in at 8, but filled up within 30 minutes. nice spot!

Before traveling to a place you’ve never been to you develop images in your head of what your experiences will be like. You hope to avoid gaudiness and tourist kitsch and rarely does the image in your head actually come to be. In a town bleeding to the edges with every facet of tourist to a point where it threatens the native’s way of life a place like Timeline is a treasure. Its homey, casual vibe paired with incredibly simple yet perfectly executed tapas embodies what it is to have a drink and a snack in this town.
Going to a café in Gracia is a mellow experience. Have a glass, have a chat with someone and throw in an anchovy or three. Out of my entire week in the country their croquets were the clear winner with a perfectly crisp shell on the outside and a gooey center of ham and cheese. Even after going to a couple of upscale cafes in other parts of the country this little dish stood out the most.
Do remember than no trip to this city is complete without some boquerones en vinagre which should be your other pick here. Oh you don’t like anchovies? Well I don’t like going to the dentist but it’s good for your health so do it anyway. You may end up falling in love.
Hats off to the bartender for making me one hell of a michelada too. My Mexican brethren salute you sir.

Timeline is the «BOMB» thanks Unilocalsters for the tip. Walked in as they opened on «Shitty Sunday» no reservation? No problem. Mini hamburgers, Avocado, corn, cherry tomato salad, the best pineapple ginger mojito’s and killer bloodies. Great atmosphere. The place quickly got packed for brunch. This place was a true «find» I’ll be back.

Il me semble que Timeline est avant tout un bar un peu intimiste où il fait bon se retrouver entre amis pour profiter des promos du jour (mojitos à 3 € le lundi, pinte de bière et patatas bravas à 5 € le dimanche, etc). En revanche, les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés, il se transforme en hot spot du brunch.
Pour 15 € (ou 18 € avec boissons à volonté), le buffet vous est ouvert: pains, bagel, cream cheese, fruits, légumes, fromage, cookies (au chocolat blanc, délicieux). En plus, vous pouvez commander deux tapas au choix parmi oeuf Bénédict, oeufs brouillés, saucisse à l’anglaise, burger végétarien et j’en passé.
On vous amèné aussi une petite ardoise avec charcuterie et fromages ainsi qu’une demie douzaine de «dips». Pour finir, si vous avez encore faim, vous pouvez choisir un pancake, nature ou au chocolat (excellents tous les deux).
Je mets trois étoiles, car même si le concept est original et les plats proposés bons, je trouve le tout tout de même un petit peu trop amateur, comme si on brunchait chez quelqu’un…alors qu’on est au restaurant. Je trouve le confort un peu sommaire aussi.

Came here on a Saturday night for drinks and some food. The atmosphere is really chill and good for lounging as the bar has a lot of seating and good music.
The foods decent the nachos were a bit salty and the pizza tasted like a quesadilla but everything had a lot of flavor. Typical bar food similar to what we have in the states but less fatty.
The cocktails are really good and they give good drink portions.

Con lo que me gusta a mi un brunch, y va y descubro que tengo un templo de los brunchs cerquita de casa, ¡vaya lujo! Eso sí, creo que son solo los sirven en fines de semana.
Llamé a media semana para reservar mesa para 6 un domingo. Llegamos y una simpática camarera nos preguntó si era la primera vez que íbamos, y seguidamente nos explicó el funcionamiento. Hay 2 tipos de «brunch», el de 15 euros y el de 18. Nosotros nos decantamos por el segundo, que consistía en:
— buffet libre de todo lo que había sobre la barra (pan, salsas, nocilla, chocolates, galletas y otros dulces…
— buffet libre de agua, zumos y leche
— A elegir entre un «bloody mary» o «una mimosa»
— A elegir 2 tapas principal (yo escogí los huevos benedict, servidos sobre una tostada y una loncha de beicon, muy buenos, y una mini hamburguesa que estaba impresionante, aunque muy pequeñita :)
— Café
— Pancakes (demasiado dulces para mi gusto)
Igual había alguna cosa más y ahora no lo recuerdo… pero vamos, a grandes rasgos el brunch consistía en eso. El sitio es agradable y las chicas que trabajan allí son muy majas.
La próxima vez quiero ir una tarde a ver qué tal está, que he leído por ahí que cada día de la semana tienen alguna cosa interesante.

Fantastic find. I came here looking for a light snack and got exactly that: bravas (potatoes) with salsa and a tasty garlic sauce. The price was unbelievably low: 5,50 EUR for that and a litre of beer. Add to this the extremely friendly guy running the place and wow what a nice experience.

Me a encantado!!! Es un local pequeño pero con mucho encanto, te sientes muy agusto!!! El trato es perfecto, amables, simpáticos, realmente se esta muy bien! La comida perfecta, hacen como un menú buffet que calidad precio está muy bien!!! En resumen, un lugar perfecto para hacer un brunch!!!

Me encanta!!! Con un aforo mínimo hace de este sitio algo encantador, muy acogedor donde puedes tomarte una birra, picar algo o jugar al Jenga.
La iluminación, una decoración cuidada, unos baños muy didácticos y un servicio rápido hace que te enganches rápido. Es de esos sitios que te gustan yendo una vez.
A destacar los Mojito’s Monday a 3 € y los bruchs del fin de semana que comes muy bien y variado.
De verdad, más que recomendable sí estás en Gràcia y quieres estar en un sitio agradable lleno de detalles.

The place is very tiny but it has an impressive ‘back in time’ ambiance in it. Cosy and friendly staff. Tapas were delicious and with filling portions. For a quite evening definitely would recommend it !! Besides I love the idea of shitty sundays offer (a liter of beer+bravas)

One of the few places in Barcelona I’ve shamelessly referred to as both «charming» and «wonderful.»
With a muted, narrow façade, Timeline is easy to miss; however, a clock hanging outside the door gives it away. Inside, the lighting is dim and the décor tasteful — a NOLA-​inspired «old clock/​random brass object» theme, if that makes sense. Not a ton of seating but its size is perfect for conversation and drinking casually; lots of mature local hipster-​y types.
Ordered bacon-​wrapped dates with brie, pan con tomate, croquetes and… something else. It was all excellent and relatively cheap. The cocktails were AWESOME, and the menu listed a bunch of (good) specials for each day of the week. Asked for a whisky sour, and even though the (very friendly) barkeep didn’t know how to make it, he gave it a college try and it ended up being one of the best I’ve ever had. Let’s just say I’ll be going back for Sunday brunch and bottomless mimosas!
Oh, and they have Jenga.

Quaint and cozy and also the place I spent my last night in Barcelona after 7 months.
The dates and bravas are tasty, the drinks are delicious, and the specials (Tapa Tuesday, Mojito Monday, etc.) are great for Barcelona. It’s small but charming and easy to miss. That doesn’t mean you should pass it up.
Weekend brunches get busy, so make a reservation if you can. The breakfast burritos, french toast, and the mimosas were a great combo for our brunch. The service is good, the food is better, and the atmosphere is the best part of it all (they have notebooks you can doodle in, a vintage/​antique décor, and board games).
If you want a more relaxed, down-​to-​earth, and intimate place to hang, Timeline is the place to be.

Tenía muchas ganas de ir a Timeline. Siempre que pasaba por la calle Providència me decía, un día tenemos que entrar! Y ayer llegó ese momento. Debo decir que cumplió totalmente todas mis expectativas. Además no había mucha gente y se estaba realmente bien. Siempre lo había visto muy lleno y pensaba que no encontraríamos sitio, además ayer hacía mucho calor en la calle, pero dentro se estaba de lujo! Los súper ventiladores del techo del local me sentaron como una auténtica bendición!
El local es más bien pequeño, pero con un gran encanto y lleno de detalles. Su camarero era de lo más simpático, sólo entrar nos recibió con un gran saludo y nos informó que ayer era «Tapa Tuesday», es decir, que con cada consumición nos iba a dar una tapita. Tardó un poco la primera, pero valió la pena!
Su carta está metida en libros, a mí me tocó el «cómo triunfar en los exámenes» y podías ver que cada día tienen una promoción diferente. Los lunes mojitos a 3 €, los martes tapa con la consumición, los miércoles tapa de queso con cada copa de vino, y los jueves hacen el 50% en el segundo cubata o cocktail.
También tienen una hoja del libro con las normas del local, muy simpáticas y cordiales, supongo que fruto de la experiencia.
Yo lo recomiendo totalmente, es más, yo repetiré!

Me encantan los lugares llenos de detalles que se pueden recordar de buena manera… El menú viene insertado en las primeras páginas de libros antiguos (el mío era sobre «Como triunfar en los exámenes»), el lavabo está forrado de viejos recortes y correspondencias con muchos, muchos años, hay teléfonos centenarios incrustados en las paredes, pelis memorables proyectadas en la pared, la atención es genial y l@s chic@s son muy simpáticos… y así podría seguir un buen rato.
Hasta las 17:00 sirven menús de brunch, que por 15 euros incluyen tostadas de entrada, un plato principal a elegir y para finalizar unas de las mejores panquecas que me he comido. Además zumos y mimosas ilimitadas! Eso sí, es pequeñito por lo que reservar mesa con antelación es más que recomendable.

De lo mejorcito de gracia, tapeo muy bueno, para leer un ratito a solas tambien, y fantasticos cocktails sin olvidar los brunch fines de semana y fiestas!!!
El unico detalle un pelín incómodo és que es mini!!!

Los mojitos a tres euros se han convertido en la nueva plaga que ha infestado a la gran mayoría de bares y coctelerías de Barcelona, pero ha acabado con la tradición de la ciudad de incluir una tapa con cada consumición, a excepción de en Time Line.
Mojito Mondays: mojitos por tres míseros euros (sin dejar de lado ni la calidad ni la cantidad), Tapas Tuesday: tapa con cada consumición, Wine Wednesdays: tapa de queso con cada copa de vino, ¿qué más quieres? Goza de una buena conversación y una mejor compañía en este pequeño local del barrio de Gràcia mientras disfrutas de cualquiera de sus cócteles o platos, todos ellos preparados con cariño y a unos precios muy recomendables.

En el Timeline uno va a relajarse. Música suave de fondo, un trato atento por parte del personal y una decoración perfecta que parece transportarte a un ambiente bohemio europeo, con mobiliario casi de anticuario pero muy bien cuidado y colocado.
Timeline es comer, beber, brunchear, cafetear, coctailizarse, tapear… Es un sitio de estos polivalente donde puedes hacer casi todo. Lo mas recomendable son los coktails de la noche, los clásicos y alguno así mas original pero lo mejor es que te los sirven en tarros de cristal reciclados! Sisi. Auténticamente auténtico. Y los brunches de los sábados y los domingos… oh! Aquí se comen unos platazos super buenos entre 6 y 8 euros dependiendo lo que te pidas. Huevos y patatas llevan casi todos, con bacon, salchichas, hamburguesas… También hacen bocadillos deliciosos o si prefieres tapear, tienen una lista bastante amplia de tapas, y las presentan que da gusto. La hora del brunch es de 12 a 17h.
Depende del día, hacen ofertas la mar de majas tipo tapa de queso gratis con la copa de vino, o mojitos a 3 euros toda la noche… no está mal, eh? Un particular local todavía poco concurrido, pequeño y enigmático, escondido, delicado, acogedor. Seguramente te enamorará como a mí.
