Seriously, we were in and out in under 30 minutes., thanks to a very knowledgeable young man, Justin.
My phone was getting very hot while doing nothing. Battery life sucked. He said every night before charging any phone, remove and replace the battery. This improves the accuracy of the percentage of charge. Smart phones just need rebooting for better performance. He also removed unnecessary virus protection apps I had added that were slowing my phone down.
Overall, a very pleasant experience at At&t.

This place is always packed full of people. The workers keep it very clean! They try to answer all your questions. Even if they don’t know it… They will find out fast!
