I had a new appliance that needed a repair. The manufacturer calls them and then I called to set appointment. I was told on a Friday that on Monday they would call me to schedule the repair. Two weeks later I’m screaming at the manufacturer. They called general appliance and was told the would not drive 40 minutes unless they had more work in my area. No one called me to let me know. I would not trust a company that don’t have the scruples to at least call me. Look at other review sites about them before you decide.
