My mom and I went here this evening to try and find a charger for her tablet that bought there a while back. The guy who«helped» us was sitting at a show room table talking to someone else probably another worker but he didnt seem interested at all to help us and told us to go to walmart. So we just walked out. When you seem like you dont want the help a customer you dont deserve a sale. What great customer service!!! Not!

Came here on Black Friday to purchase a 4K tv. The tv I was looking at had a bad picture to it. Turns out more then half of their tv’s are not even hooked up to a hdmi connection demo. So I’m looking at a $ 1,500 tv and the picture already looks like crap. I can’t tell what it would really look like until I buy it. That’s ridiculous… Also the sales guy we had was making some bad jokes. That were not even funny when I was trying to ask real questions regarding the tv. He looked 50+. But was acting like a teenager. ??? Just left and decided to window shop somewhere else and use Amazon.

Purchased a washer/dryer here about a month ago. The salesman was nice enough — then again, anyone will be nice to you when they work for commission :) The prices though, WHOA. They are overpriced. They say they do price match, which is a plus. But the washer/dryer we really wanted was $ 500 each at Sears. Sears had it on back order until mid-Oct, though. Here at HHGregg, the same washer/dryer was $ 660 each. Talk about a major difference! Anywho, we ended up getting a Maytag combo and so far have had no issues with them. The installation was quick and easy, too.
