Ever since the remodel at this place. It has been down hill. The owner is never there and the kids run this place into the ground. Food quality is horrible and wait times are a joke.

Good food and service at this location, as is expected with Chick-fil-a, but it simply gets too busy at lunchtime, with cars backing up creating long waits and traffic issues for people trying to get to neighboring businesses. Perhaps it’s time to open a new location nearby.

On a Saturday at noon their lines for the drive thru were all the way out of the parking lot! The inside was also packed with people including a baseball team. In spite of all this, we were still able to order within minutes and our food was brought out to us shortly after sitting down. Management did really well staffing for expected traffic!

Honestly, who doesn’t love Chick-fil-a? Although all of the locations I’ve gone to have great customer service, this one has always gone above and beyond. My toddler son and I eat here quite often and the employees always give my son extra attention to make him happy. Also, I ordered a platter of nuggets for a party from here and I was randomly selected to receive a free platter of the same size for the next month!

So it’s taken me a few days to get around to writing this review, but this past Monday this location made my day! I won’t say what the girl at the drive-thru did for fear that people would take advantage but as a(usually frazzled & always forgetful) mom of 2 she totally saved my day & as embarrassed as I was she totally used that moment to make me smile! So thank you drive-thru lady(might’ve been a manager as she had a blue shirt & blue cardigan) you seriously rock!

This Chick-fil-a is on my way to and from work, so I pass it nearly every day. I’ve been there more than most. It is quite simply the BEST Chick-fil-a location I’ve ever been to. A couple of reviewers gave it poor marks for service, that’s absurd. It’s the best run location. End of story. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. Not one time EVER have they forgotten to provide condiments or a smile. Yes, it’s the best chicken sandwhich around. Everyone knows the food is consistently very good(great for a company that sells a billion chicken sandwhiches each year). My only complaint is they don’t sell the Peppermint Chip milkshake all year long.

I hate to write a bad review, but let me explain. I LOVECFA and we eat it multiple times per week. The food at this location is always good and the people are always friendly and courteous. So why the bad review you ask? They NEVER get orders correct. The last 5 times through the drive thru they have messed up 4 of them. I even questioned them and said«the last few times they’ve been wrong, can you double check?» I was assured that it was all in there(food for four people). I get home and once again I am missing multiple pieces of my order. I don’t care how friendly you are, and if your food is good… It is ANNOYING to spend $ 40+ for a meal, drive home and find that someone’s meal was not put in the bag. If they fix their ordering problems and quality control, I’ll give them 4 – 5 stars.

This Chick fil a is always so fast, even when they’re slammed. I love the vanilla iced coffee, maybe a little too much! Chicken biscuit for breakfast is just too easy for me to swing by for on my way to work. The staff is always very nice and fast.

Always a great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! My church’s small group meets here in the morning for Bible study. The dual drive through helps the process go a lot faster if you’re going through the drive thru. Very clean inside.

Okay, I know many fellow southerners will consider this review sacrilegious, but I have a beef(no pun intended) with Chick-fil-A as an establishment. Yes, I love their chicken. Yes, I find their plethora of hard-working polite high school students simply adorable. But I can’t get past the fact that they use peanut oil to fry their food(a young boy in my family has a severe peanut allergy. I have an anxiety attack/guilt trip anytime I eat a waffle fry) but most importantly, the nail in the coffin for me was that I simply can’t shell out cash to a company that actively and vocally endorses discriminative practices. It’s unconstitutional, offensive, and goes against my own religious values of love and respect for all people. After being born and bred in this town, I grew up, moved far away for school and work, and became not only friends with but family with people impacted by the huge political contributions Chick-fil-A gives(literally– I have lady-lovin’-lady two mother-in-laws in their 70’s…they’re as sweet as can be) and the point is this: I feel guilty enough eating a calorie ridden fried chicken biscuit. There’s no need to then have to apologize to certain friends and family members for it.

Under normal circumstance, I enjoy Chick-Fil-A. They go above and beyond for their customers, the staff is very courteous and my order is always hot. I suppose it is natural to have a day off or two… or three. I have lovingly nicknamed Chick-Fil-A«Jesus Chicken» since every crazed, Southern Baptist camped out here for days proclaiming their love for over priced, over salted food. While I am not a fan of the views of Mr. Cathy, I didn’t order his political agenda with a side of delicious waffle fries so, I let it go. Every time I come to the drive-thru, EVERYTIME I am denied condiments. When I make my order at their new flat screen drive thru window of the future, I ask for condiments and I even ask again at the window yet I am always ignored. I have even brought this up to the Ken doll working the drive-thru window that I cannot eat Jesus Chicken without Chick-Fil-A sauce and while he looks horrified by what I said(remind me to tell you the time I accidentally dropped the F bomb here) he still smiles and says, «my pleasure.» I understand you’re selling chicken to the masses and people stand in long lines like they’re getting saved with each bite but come on, I need my condiments. Mayo, honey mustard, Polynesian sauce, Chick-Fil-A sauce and even BBQ sauce, sounds like poetry to me! WWJD?

It’s clear I love me some Chick-Fil-A and this is a really good one. The food has been described ad nauseum — I got my comfort-food fave, the #1 combo, no butter/no pickles, value size, with a diet lemonade on yesterday’s visit. I’m writing about this store for one main reason: if you have to wait more than a couple minutes for your food, the staff tells you to have a seat where you like and they’ll bring it out to you just as soon as it’s ready. Other locations probably do this, but I hadn’t witnessed it before the other day– and the employee even asked the ladies if he could get them anything else. Good training + hard-working people = the kind of place I want to spend my money. PS– they have these interesting new Heinz ketchup packets, fyi — they are little tubs you can use for dipping if you peel off the top from one end and they’re squeezable tubes for spreading if you tear the top off the other end. Kinda cool!

Awesome service. They were busy and I had to wait a short while on the drive thru, still they gave a coupon for a free chicken biscuit. They really value the customer.

Always great service. Unless they are slammed they often come to the tables to take away trash and offer refills. One of my favorite fast food places.

I was thrilled to have my first Chick-Fil-A experience right here in Acworth, GA. I almost forgot to Unilocal it for my Spring Break Atlanta list, but let’s just say I was saving the best for last. Yep, Chick-Fil-A is about what it was cracked up to be. Extremely courteous and patient staff(I almost wanted to ask if they were getting sarcastic with me – until I realized that maybe that was some bitter Chicago weather leaking into the balmy air). Tasty chicken sandwiches and little dipping sauces. Delicious fries. My only regret is not getting to try the chicken minnies. There’s going to have to be another road trip, and soon.
