Hour swedish Massage was good but whole experience was awkward. Person doing massage didnt introduce herself and just began. Then she would contort my body in different poses and ½ the time I didnt know what she wanted me to do or how to move. Her english was horrible when she would speak. Just overall weird.

I have been to so many massage places, foot spas and upscale spas for various services, but nothing compares to the quality and service I get at Massage Felax. Not only are prices great, but the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with professional staff and the PERFECT relaxing ambiance. It is definitely where to go to relax, get pampered, and escape! oh and this place is SO clean!!! They offer you wine, water, or a hot tea, a wide selection of massage services to cater to any of your needs, they have oxygen therapy, comfortable chairs, and the best massage therapists!!! Every therapist there is expected to deliver the same standard of care and every one I have had has always been amazing. I don’t go ANYwhere else when I need a good massage. Good, calm, positive energy is SOOOOO important to me and the energy there is exactly that and pure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!!

It was nice and easy to get in same day. Very nice owner. Very welcoming and pleasant. Now to the massage. She rocked my world. I wanted deep tissues do man… She was up on the table knocking knots out. She was bending me and getting into some spots. It was awesome. Clean, quite and effective. I will be back.

Wow, wow, wow! A friend and I got 90 minute massages and when it was over we strongly considered asking if they had time to give us another 90 minute massage. They were so courteous and did a phenomenal job!!! They are very friendly and professional and worked magic on two nurses worn out bodies. They did not skimp at all, I think they even went over the 90 minutes. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This place is awesome! I stopped in to get a $ 29 foot massage but instead opted for a combo package that included foot massage /​reflexology + full body massage. Wow! They did exactly what I asked for medium — deep tissue pressure and focused on my lower back. I paid $ 65 for both. It was a full hour plus+. Both of the ladies that worked in me were terrific. I will definitely go back again and again…

I went to this place to get a full body massage. Because I had some pain with my neck and shoulder also lower back too. There price was reasonable. And I had an amazing experience with this place. I had a female therapist called Lidia. She knows how to deal with my pain. I can literally fall a sleep during the session with nice and calming music, smells of oils and rooms were perfect. I highly recomended to go this place for a massage.

Walked in without a reservation and was able to get a hand and foot massage with only a ten minute wait. I was greeted warmly and the staff did a great job. Gracious, clean, quiet, professional,… a great experience!

Nice clean and comforting environment but my massage was distracted by a lot of noise outside my room including a vacuum cleaner. (Do they not get that noise affects the experience?). Also, a good massage but not true deep massage that I paid extra for. Probably won’t go back for $ 75 deep tissue massage. Plenty of other good options out there for less.

I had no idea how amazing reflexology could be! As soon as I walked in the door, my experience was fantastic! From the gentleman who greeted me and made me hot tea, to the oxygen bar. Feet cleaning, hand massage and foot massage/​reflexology, it was all fantastic. I can’t wait to go back again! Oh, and Maline was excellent!

I totally forgot to write a review after my experience. I had bad back ache, «Karina» she did a great job for me. She was knowledgeable and used the right pressure on me. I had a great service and loved the atmosphere. I would definitely go back and refer my friends.

Massage Felax is my favorite reflexology place for two years. Chris Ahn is an amazing owner who trains his staff family to be the very best. Because of my profession as an entertainer/​singer, I am on my feet for several hours a weekend, whether it be heels or flats under a gown, my feet take a beating every weekend and I need reflexology to prevent further damage. From check in, foot soak, oxygen bar and choice of water, tea, or wine, to the actual treatment, it is a wonderful and professional experience. I personally use Angie, or her daughter Carina if Angie’s not available. I have also had Jennifer for full body massage which was fantastic. If you need a focus on a particular area, need a blanket, more or less pressure, etc., either tell Christ before hand so he can instruct his professionals, or during treatment — they are more than happy to accommodate you in any way!!!

I found a therapist that really helped me. But when I went for an appointment that I booked with her, someone else showed up and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I had been a loyal customer, but they didn’t tell me that I wouldn’t have my therapist because she was gone. I think they have a great concept, but need to work on their customer service. If your clients aren’t happy, they just can’t refer you to others.

Every time I come in or call this place the staff is rude. I was calling to make an appointment on a Saturday. I was on the call with the guy less than 30 seconds and the guy told me that he had a lot of other calls at the moment. Really?

Horrible service and first impression. My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop in and receive a 30 minute foot massage. We did not think to book an appointment. As we entered a man was on the phone. He smiled, we made ourselves comfortable. A few minutes later he was off the phone and asked if we were looking for massage today and we said yes, he than proceeded to apologize and say he was all booked for today… this would have been fine if he followed up with ‘would you like to schedule an appointment for tomorrow, say around 12pm?’, but there was no offer made and he went back to being on the phone. Also, he didn’t say good bye as we were leaving. Very rude and poor first impression. Will not attempt to come here again.

I had my axis bone in my neck out of socket for 8 days .I saw a chiro 3 times and acupuncturist with no avail, then after my first day back at work, I couldn’t put my arm up or down and it felt like someone had taken a bat to my clavicle. In desperation, I showed up in tears 45 mins before they closed because none of the other spas would touch me nor did they speak any kind of English or understand hand gestures. It was this or the ER.
The owner Chris was knowledgeable and so helpful, he carefully put me with Maline for my reflexology and Angie for my deep tissue (who were about to go home to their children). They worked a miracle. After 10 days of excruciating relentless agony, I turned a corner 1 day after seeing them. So grateful.

What I didn’t know before I booked an appointment here is that it’s roughly 75 percent foot spa, and 25 percent massage spa. For a foot spa, it’s very nice and without a doubt the nicest I’ve been to in this area. Employees were professional and caring; facilities were very nice.
After reading Unilocal reviews and their website, and calling and asking, I didn’t get a clear menu of services offered. Even when I was there, I wasn’t sure what my options were. That’s why I’m saying three stars for now.
After seeing the place, I can probably ask for services I’d like for my next visit. I spotted a massage chair, and from others’ reviews I know they have a massage table room and a couples massage room, but from what I could tell it was mostly reflexology chairs.
I’ll go back!

This review is only for their foot massages. Being that I am from Asia I have found much better places that have better masseuses. This place is highly overpriced for a massage that doesn’t really feel like much.
I will give them the credit that it is clean and the atmosphere is great. Other than that it is highly over priced for the service provided.

I’ve never had reflexology or really any type of massage except for the ones I get with my pedicures. A friend of mine booked a party here last night for 6 girls and we all got to sit in a room together and get our feet and lower legs worked on.
It was $ 60 per person and that included tax and tip. When you come in you pick out the fragrance you want for the foot soak. We were offered wine and some snacks that included grapes, strawberries, some desserts and bread with a goat cheese fig dip (that was amazing).
We moved to the massage room, grabbed our chairs and soak our feet for about 5 minutes, and then the massage was an hour long. We talked and sipped our wine the entire time. It was a great experience and hope to do it again soon.
PS — they have another location in Park Cities that is tiny so no chance of having your girl’s party there. But the Addison location isn’t that far from it and their vibe is fun!
