Bianca is amazing! I decided to try a new cut after 15 years of wearing the same style. This was a major deal for me because I don’t like change. But, through the entire process she really put my mind at ease. When I finally opened my eyes to see the new cut… it was like… the angels were singing in unison! What a masterpiece! I thought, why didn’t I do this sooner!!!
I enjoy my visits to the salon. Bianca is a joy to be around. Funny, wise and really just a beautiful human being. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else for my haircare needs. So happy I found her.

I went to see Heidi after a friend’s consistent recommendations. I have to say that the compliments paid to her were entirely well-​deserved.
My hair typically frustrates me to the point of wanting to cut it extremely short or put it into a pony/​bun/​braid and never deal with it again. Most blowouts are defeated by my hair’s tendency to re-​curl several hours later. My hair is also the type to frizz quickly and easily, and while my scalp is oily, my ends dry out very quickly in the California winds and desert.
When I arrived, Heidi took the time to ask questions prior to beginning to figure out what I was looking for, understand my hair’s type and temperament, and my general routine before even beginning to wash it. The wash, by the way, comes with a scalp massage. She’s careful to ensure the water isn’t too hot or cold, the pressure is just right, and that you’re comfortable.
During the cut, she explains what she’s doing and why; certain angles of the scissors as she cuts for different effects, different layers for movement and to enhance my own natural curls should I decide to let the curls go free. Post blow-​dry, she goes back over the cut, ensuring the hair sits the way you want, going back to re-​style any areas you aren’t immediately satisfied with, explaining the methods and the products.
Personality-​wise, she’s sweet, friendly, and energetic, a pleasure to speak with, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be going back.
As a side note — the next day, I only had a very minor curl reappearing that was easily fixed with a few moments of my flatiron; otherwise, the blowout still looked fantastic and isn’t weighed down with lots of product. My hair feels soft and clean!

Bonnie has been my hairdresser for over three years and she never disappoints. I have gone from dark brown to blonde and the color is always perfect and complimentary to my skin tone. Whenever I need a treatment she takes care of me without wasting my time or money. I also love how knowledgable she is about products. She knows which ones are worth spending more for and which ones aren’t. No one else will ever handle my hair now.

Allison is the best! I’ve been going here since March and my cut and color have held up so well. I found this salon using Unilocal while I temp lived in Malibu and they got me in quickly and now I drive from DTLA as a loyal customer.

Just walked in at 6:45. Stated they are closed. Update your hours on Unilocal or hire people that want to work.

I go to Bonnie and she’s fantastic! My ombré is so natural looking that I get compliments on it all the time. It’s blended extremely well, with none of that harsh line that so many people end up with. She is also honest with what can/​should and cannot/shouldn’t be done with your hair too, which is what a good stylist is supposed to do. I always walk out happy!

So, I posted about 6 months back about what how happy I was with my haircut. Well, I’ve been going back ever since for cut AND color.
Casey has consistently done such a beautiful job cutting and coloring my naturally curly/​sometimes straight hair.
She has an AMAZING highlighting technique, and is also very gentle as to prevent damage when going lighter, I am truly obsessed with this most recent cut/​color (will upload a picture as soon as I figure out how to on Unilocal).

Had a wonderful experience with Samantha (Sam) at Savvy! The salon is spacious and elegant, and Sam was professional, congenial, and an excellent stylist! This was my first visit, but I will definitely be back and can’t wait to see what Sam can do next. Thank you guys!

Love, love, love the attention to detail when Casey does my color. Excellent results every time. Her shampoo/​scalp massage is heavenly. Highly recommend for women’s cuts, men’s cuts and kids cuts!

I have finally found my hair stylist Robin M. @ Savvy Salon, She is not only extremely sweet, fun & easy to get along with but the cut and the color are both awesome.
I felt so relax when she gave me a light massage during the shampoo, it was amazing.
She took the time to make sure that I am 100% in love with my hair & the truth is I love it.

Like many women, I am exceptionally picky about who touches my hair-​especially with scissors. Janette is AMAZING. Such a doll, and I always look fabulous when I walk out. She also cuts my daughter’s hair, and does great. Reasonably priced for a high end salon with all of the products you would expect. Took me a while to find someone really good when we moved here, but now that I’ve found her I’m a life long client!

PAIGE is the best. I’ve been going to her for all my hair care needs for years. She does my individual extensions and Brazilian blowouts at such a reasonable price. I live in Los Angeles and it can be so expensive to find a place that does proper individual extensions. I recommend if you are looking for someone to become your hair stylist you go to Paige. You will never look back.

I’ve been here for blowouts, styling, hair cuts, color for many years. Only had excellent experiences, very happy with this friendly neighborhood salon! They are great about getting you in last minute and the blow outs are very affordable!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience at this salon. It is quaint and everyone is very friendly. Who’ve Robin Bologna she first of all listens to what you like and she tells you her honest opinion. When she shampoos you it’s like a massage. I would and always recommend her.

This review is for Nicole at Savvy. She’s awesome. She has been doing my hair for 3 years and I have been super happy. She is an amazing colorist and gives the best head and neck massage! She also does an amazing job cutting my kids hair. If you are looking for a nice upscale salon go see Nicole, you won’t be disappointed.

Bianca is the best and I use her for all of my hair care needs. My hair always looks beautiful! On the off chance she is not there, Joelissa is also great. You can not miss by using either one of these stylists. I never have to wait and they spend as much time as needed on my hair, and my hair is very thick. I am so glad there is a salon of this quality out here in the Calabasas area.

There are a few times in life when you meet wonderful people with the biggest hearts in the world. Today I took my daughter to Savvy for a color correction. Having attempted a dark red dye on her own, the results were horrendous. Bianca worked on her for 6 hours, and with many other lovely people helping, including the owner, they returned her to a beautiful color. They made her ombré and she was so happy. How can I ever thank them for their thoughtful and genuine care for my girl. It was our first time there. So grateful! Had to pass on this wonderful experience!
