This review is not about the store, it is the support after you buy the product. My customer support specialist was Dallas. I told her to de-activate my Hotspot but then she does it immediately without confirming my last date of pre-paid use(which I was trying to get an answer from her). I asked if my last of pre-paid was today… she said yeah… and yeah again… until she finally gave in and said my last day of prepaid use was the 21st of this month… which is still 11 days of use left. Shen then told me her supervisor could re-activate my account but then I called back two minutes later the story changed from her, I will have to go back into the store to reactivate the account. However, after the review I was contacted by customer service and they resolved the situation. I called James at customer care and all issues were resolve within minutes. He even discussed the amazing future of Mobi PCS with Verizon and Sprint(future mainland coverage via CDMA). This will be a re-vitalized company REAL soon! I can’t wait to re-join them in the near future!

I only give this place one star, because i guess you have to give them a star, but anyways, my parents have been long time customers of Mobi PCS, they love the service and the affordable prices, but last night was horrible customer service ever, i mean i have never been to a place where when we asked for help we were called liars. My parents and I were at the Pearl Ridge location to return a phone my mom had purchased the day prior. When she took it home the phone would turn off and on and she never got to use it, she said she tried to charge it over night to see if in the next morning it’ll work, but nope, it still wasn’t working. So we drove, sat in traffic and too time to exchange the phone, she brought everything back to the store. This one worker Dean, was so rude to her, he asked what happend to the phone and she explained her story. He first tells her with a snobby look on his face, «your not supposed to charge your phone over night, it’ll kill the battery» and she was like«ohh, i’ve always done that, it kills it in just one night?» and he keeps giving her a snobby look. He then takes the phone to the back and does some«phone triage» and comes back telling her…“the phone works, it’s working now, nothing wrong with it”, so my mom is like well it hasnt been working all night and day so can i please get a new one, on the onther hand my dad is getting irritated with his customer service and tell’s Dean, «We didnt come here, sit in traffic for no reason and bring you phone that works, so we can get a new one, the phone is broken» Dean tells my dad«Sir, if your going to raise your voice you need to step outside», and my dad is like«Im not raising my voice, im telling you what happen» then Dean tells my dad to step outside. So my parents ended up leaving without a phone. Customer service here was terrible and Dean does not know how to treat customers. I hope my parents do switch carriers as thats what they;re thinking of doing. Cheap price = Cheap phone and bad customer service

Great customer service! Went in to buy a case for my husband’s phone, extended battery and speakers for my phone. Got an amazing deal on the case! Unfortunately they didn’t have an extended battery in stock for my phone but Toni gave me a wonerful suggestion on the speakers! I’ve been with Mobi for many years now. It hasn’t been perfect BUT they have always tried to“fix” any problem. The Mobi dealer stores have nice customer service but I prefer coming to the Pearlridge store. Keep up the great work!

what: wireless company that strives to bring innovative communication services to hawaii. something good: the company that i was with for hotspot recently sent me a letter saying that the service would no longer be available. so i freaked out and started researching all the major companies. many don’t have an unlimited plan and if they do they cost you an arm and a leg. i decided to try mobi’s hele wireless service and so far it has been good. i haven’t had trouble with the device or getting service~ it wasn’t difficult to sign up for this service and it is very affordable! i’m happy so far with the service! something not so good: the customer service here is definitely not up to the standards of other wireless companies~ but i’ll give them that maybe i came on an off day, we all have those days~ something to try: hele wireless(50 a month)

I went in to buy new accessories for my phone, and Dean was really helpful and nice. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend seeing Dean for any of your mobile needs.

Phone service is junk. Store Clerk service is blah. Seemed cheaper when we first signed up. We couldn’t wait til our contract ended so we could change. Don’t do it!

It’s not so much the store I’ve had a problem with, but the overall customer service and coverage. I missed multiple calls and I can’t even get service in my own apartment in town nor at UH. I have tried to switch my service to H2O for over a week now and Mobi has not been cooperative. It’s unbelievable how difficult they are being to port the number over to the new service, almost as if they are trying to prevent it. It’s completely unacceptable and their phone customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I do not recommend Mobi for the lack of coverage itself, but the costumer service is another reason to STAYAWAY.

I do have to update that since Unilocaling about Mobi I was contacted by the Manager who tried to help me with the customer experience I had. I do appreciate that very much. I have still not returned to the store, but all is well.

every time my boyfriend & i have to go to Mobi… it’s the worst customer service EVER! the sales reps are RUDE, they for some reason CANTCOMPREHEND, & just repeat themselves over & over. i switched to AT&T.
