Worst Logan’s I have ever been in. There were 4 of us and nothing we ordered was cooked right. No one ever offered to refill out drinks and the waiter finally brought the manager over because things were awful. She took $ 10 of our meal but needless to say we want be back. Should have known when no one was there at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon it would be bad.

Not a good place to eat. Severs are decent but the food is not good at all. I always wondered why there parking lot was never full now I know why.

Ate here a couple weeks ago. What can you really say about a chain steakhouse? The steaks were okay. Kind of bland in flavor, but that’s pretty much what I expect from a Logan’s.
Sweet potato was good, it’s hard to mess a potato up.
Would have given 4 stars, but there were no rolls :(

My wife and I went here Friday for lunch because it was close to the movie theater. There was only six cars in the parking lot. I didn’t know if it was a good thing or a bad thing. We were seated fairly quickly and even though it was almost empty we still got a slow waitress who was busy talking to the bartender or texting. Other servers were standing in corners with their phones and I’m like really? Horrible service to say the least and the food wasn’t all that great either. This place used to be one of the best but it has seriously fallen off, we won’t be returning and you shouldn’t either.

Had a bad experience past two visits. Last visit: First booth seat was broke. Moved to be seated by a huge party of something like the red hat society so we were pretty much invisible to the waitress who must have been a member. Took forever for food to come out. When it did part of food came out cold. Part came out luke-​warm.
Then our glasses actually stayed empty for over 15 min while the party was fully stocked. I understand big party = big tip but you can’t forget about your other tables and I was choking on the dry steak. We didn’t even finish half our meals.
Had enough so went to find manager. She was very nice. Didn’t charge for our meal only our drinks and gave us soup to go. Made it right but I’m still scared to go back and ruin half of a night. Waitress apologized so we still left like a $ 10 tip (on a $ 5 check) but I hope she realized it could have been more.

This was by far the WORST food I have ever eaten! My boyfriend and I came here for our date night on 01÷08÷15, and we wish we hadn’t. The steak he ordered (rib-​eye) was overcooked and his sweet potato was flavorless. The ribs I ordered came out cold, and the steak (sirloin) literally tasted like they pulled it out of the freezer and stuck in a microwave to thaw out. The taste was so discussing! I took one bite and that was it! I felt like I was gonna be sick! We will definitely not be going back here. Personally I feel they either need to hire better chiefs or just shut the place down. The food was just awful. I was so disappointed.

Ugh. Where to begin? Waitress was pleasant but. Repeated appetizer order incorrectly. Ok, it happens. Brought French dressing for salad rather than Ranch. Brought wrong side dish. Proceeded to take the side dish away when I asked for a box. I think «Cool, she’s going to put it in the box». However… All I got was an empty box! She threw my veggies away. Didn’t clear one dish off the table during the entire meal and she throws away my vegetables. What. The. Heck?! To make matters worse, I had a clear view of the kitchen. There was a cook with dreadlocks swinging all over the place, the overall cleanliness does not appear to be a priority. Won’t be going back.

Food is all ways good. I have never had a bad meal. Service is always fast friendly.
Worth the time and effort to eat at this restaurant.

Worst experience I had ever had at a restaurant in Albany. I eat with a party of 8 and we received our entrees over the course of 30 minutes. My mother, whose birthday we were celebrating had to send her steak back to the kitchen twice because it was raw. The manager in staff said she would waive the dish but when we received our check it had not been waived
We were charged for appetizers that were never brought to the table and I had to ask three times before the side dishes my wife and I ordered were brought out.
The quality of the food was mediocre at best.

Pleasantly surprised! I had been in the past and the food was not so great and the service was about the same. We decided to give it another chance and to our surprise, the food was good, they had great family meal deals and the service was really good !! I hate that I did not get the servers name, because great service really needs to be recognized!

It is mediocre at best. The bread rolls are really good but the food is not hot and overpriced for the fare. I would not recommend this place if you want something special. I’m not a huge fan of the «eat peanuts and throw them on the floor» experience either. It just seems a bit trashy, but I can appreciate that some others might enjoy that. I am also not a huge fan of just dry peanuts. I’ll take boiled peanuts any day, but not just some dry peanuts.
The waitress we had seemed more concerned with playing on her tablet and chatting than actually serving us.
We had an appetizer; it was the friend onion rings. I thought it would be something like the Bloomin’ Onion from Outback. It wasn’t. It wasn’t even close. It was disgusting and heavy. The sauce didn’t complement it at all. It cost about as much as a Bloomin’ Onion and was probably about ¹⁄₃ the size.
My wife had a steak that she described as lackluster. Nothing really impressed her.
I had a hamburger that was okay. I would say it’s hard to mess up a hamburger, but the Loco’s in Albany has done it on more than one occasion. I asked for a «cooked» hamburger and it came out mooing at me. I like medium rare to medium steaks and stuff, but I don’t want hamburger meat pink almost at all. Logan’s at least accomplished that. The hamburger was edible. There was nothing particularly memorable about this visit though. I will say again: the rolls were good. They were fresh and hot out of the oven.

Hostess could develop a personality for starters. Hey Chef, turn the warmer down to about 500, ’cause the 600 degree potato that still melted butter after 30 minutes on the table was a little excessive. Too hot, although it did give me a good reason to swill large gulps from my margarita. Are you THAT good that you have figured that out? Oh well, at least that made having to watch Nancy Grace on the TV while listening to Taylor Swift on the P.A. easier to handle! «You belong to me-​ee-​ee…»

Food is good, waitress is good, hostess is mediocre. This restaurant is in SERIOUS need of refurbishing! Restroom is grungy, carpet looks like a reject firm the city dump. This restaurant used to be full with people waiting to get a seat, but at 6 pm on Friday night, it’s half empty.

Great steak, friendly relaxed atmosphere.

22 oz porterhouse? YUM. The service is great here. I’ve only gone twice, but have never been disappointed. Two 8oz steak dinners with two sides, one wing app, and one slice of cheesecake, and wine for $ 30? Not bad in my book. Much better service than Longhorns. I wish I remembered my servers name so I could say how great she was! Great for kids, they have peanuts you can munch on and throw the shells on the floor. (So they won’t get angry if your kid is a messy eater!) :D

Even though I was very disappointed with the portion size, the food was delicious. The broccoli was the best I’ve ever had, nothing needed on top either. The burger was very tasty, but dreadfully small for $ 7.29. It’s a good thing it was so good or else this review would have been rough because I’m still hungry :(
