I tried to order several items and they were out of them. My margarita had to be reordered 2x and finally arrived after I had finished my meal. I will not eat there again

We stopped by this location on a Saturday morning right as they were opening. We were trying to kill some time before we had to fly out of ABQ airport. The place remained relatively empty throughout the 1 – 2 hours we were there but the facilities were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The bartender served us and was very sociable and accommodating. The food was exactly what we expected from Chili’s…excellent chips & queso and you can’t go wrong with a classic burger with fries. We had a great experience and are glad we chose this location to kill some time before going to sit at the airport.

I hate to give such a low review, But really this one is for the record books.(not a good one). My dad and i like to try the places that spring up nearby, so we decided to give it a shot, i went in with not too high of expectations, ive eaten at other chili’s and found the food not exciting or amazing but ok. But this one needs work! We were seated in one of the booths. only one direction was inundated by tv’s and they were not turned up loud(a bonus point for this), our server was nice(points to them), and they had Soda Water on Tap, Also a bonus, but it ended about there. Silverware was not only spotted but there was a chunk of something on my knife(didnt need it so i set it aside), Ordered the cajun pasta with chicken, my dad ordered the fish tacos. Food took a good while to come out meanwhile on the table was this little smart tablet terminal, blinking away adds at us, and being kinda creepy with its microphone and camera obvious. played with the tablet a bit, you can order drinks or a desert, and pay tour bill on them.(which is silly they have a hired employee to do that! also it mentioned that some games cost $ 0.99 really??? pay to play their silly little games? My Pasta was pretty much mac and cheese with about a cup of salt,(i like salt, i salt many things! so im not one of those people overly sensitive or prone to complain about salt) But this was worse than licking a saltlick! i wound up getting a sandwich instead which too was pretty salty! My dad’s tacos were ok, but the side of beans with them also came out super super salty.(like they used a tablespoon or two instead of a teaspoon salty). All in all it was a meh. and salty meal, could have gotten lots better many places. even denny’s.
