This place is classy and decorated very hip with red lights, couches, tables, and a quaint bar. Its a place that the upper class and buisness people gather, tends to be a more mature, older crowd from what I saw on a late Saturday night. The crowd thins out early though, so I suggest starting here about 8 pm or so for best crowd. It was fairly empty around 130 am, but a very capable band was playing and setting the mood for relaxing and enjoying your company.

Very hip, stylish place. Excellent staff, live music and cocktails(award winning I’m told.) The whole place has the atmosphere of an old Jazz club. The staff is friendly, attentive and very professional. On the night I went seating was tight and we were going to leave when the host came out onto the street and offered us a place inside. Overall things were excellent, though extremely expensive. I suggest you look at their website and decide if the prices are too steep before you go. The only think that irked me about this place was when I requested a modification to one of their signature cocktails, I was given a flakey reason which leads me to believe that they just didn’t think I had any right to change something they thought was perfect. Very snobby if you ask me. Otherwise excellent, a beautifully stylish place, especially for this town.

Went here for my boyfriends birthday for some drinks. The atmosphere is nice, the drinks are a little pricey(for ABQ) but the quality of the drinks are OUTSTANDING. Loved the live music.

If you are in downtown Albuquerque for business, this is pretty much the only place you can go to have cocktails, and have a nice conversation. This place is pretty classy, and you can expect to see a jazz trio playing. ABQ needs more places like this. I like jazz, but I can’t listen to it all night.

Just wow! Giant bacon-wraped diver scallops were off-the-hook! It was served on some fettecini that their chef made in-house and served w/what can only be described at mouthgazim sauce. If that wasn’t enough, the band was killer and the ‘Woodshed’ cocktail was like nothing I’ve ever had. Chased it all down w/their home-made basil icecream! I’ve found a new home here in ABQ!

we went to this place on it’s grand opening weekend. there was a great jazz quartet… i felt like i was swept away to a different city or time. great ambiance when they played, solid drinks and although we didn’t order any food. it looked good and the prices seemed pretty good too. We did have some raw oysters and if you get a dozen or more, they are slightly discounted which was good. I forgot the names of the drinks but i THINK the one called the«watershed»(which i’m mad my fiancé ordered instead of me!)was amazing… and the one I got had a burning sage leaf on it. which smelled like marijuana… i’m not sure how it was supposed to accompany the blackberry part of the drink, it was sort of odd and gimmiky to have it on there, but other than that the drinks were good. Nice place to feel like you’re not in albuquerque for an evening… nothing against abq, but it just takes you away for a while :).
