Papa Murphy’s should be a polarizing concept. You pick up an uncooked pizza, bring it home, and bake it yourself. I’d imagine you either love it or you hate it.
It turns out I was the only person to hate Papa Murphy’s, and that was only because I had waited so long to actually try a pie.
They’re great! Especially this location, placed just inside the front entrance of Smiths. The staff is friendly, the pizza is good, and Smiths sells wine. This means you can place an order at the Papa Murphy’s counter (or call it in ahead of time), do some grocery shopping, and then grab your pizza on the way out.
There is also a frequent buyers stamp card you can get, where the 10th pizza is free. They also have a $ 5 ready take and bake pizza (your choice pepperoni, sausage, or cheese) that you don’t need to wait for, they just pull it out of the fridge. The best part? The $ 5 pizzas count for stamps. This is truly the land of the free and the home of the brave.
