Sears

Seems like whenever I need a weird tool, Sears has it. I don’t shop for anything here BUT tools, so keep that in mind if using this review to shop for designer clothes or something. The Craftsman brand of tools is mostly what they sell, and while not the best tools on Earth, they do have a great lifetime warranty, so it’s worth it. I bought a pair of wire cutters from this location about two years ago and damaged the cutting edges trying to cut a bolt with them. I brought them back in and walked out with a new pair, no issues, no questions and no cost. On this visit I was looking for a nut splitter (no jokes please) and couldn’t find one anywhere in town that met my needs. I finally found one here at Sears for a reasonable price and ordered on line for in store pickup. Once I got to the store, the staff directed me to the online pickup location at the back of the store and I was in and out in less than a minute. Too fast for me! I wanted to shop for more tools! Anyway, good experience, and from now on I’ll make this my FIRST stop when tool shopping.
