They always have the ice cream machine down at this location. I have yet to visit and be able to get ice cream. The staff is also unfriendly.

Service was Horrible! Had to remind them twice that i ordered a milkshake still toke 30 mins. Horrible.

Pretty standard. I tried the call button at a spot and no one answered, so I just went through drive through. You order at a menu board with no screen, and the speaker is way up top — I didn’t even know if I was in the right place to order.
Ice cream was meh. Slushie was OK. I’d prefer just getting a cone or sundae at McDonalds if I was in a crunch.

Took over 40 mins to get cold food. I got to watch a domestic dispute between a random guy and a sonic supervisor. And the over salted the cold French fries. Sad face.

Okay, I honestly understand the rating that this place has. It has been a generally unpleasant experience dining here. The clerk was rude and our service was dismal. I honestly don’t understand how the management let’s this place go… Shame on you, Sonic.

This is sonic and you get what you expect — unhealthy fast food that contains the salt, fat and mystery ingredients you crave once a quarter. (or at least that I crave once a quarter… mmm, tots.)
What I was not expecting was a pair of $ 500 fraudulent charges to my credit card 24 hours after visiting the drive through. Coincidence? Perhaps. Cautionary tale? Certainly.

Really Sonic, really? Ordered a Sonic Blast WITHOUT whipped cream. Blast arrives WITH whipped cream on top. Hop says she has to help one customer then will remake then bring my blast back out. She brings my blast back out alright — but uhm — all she did was feebly scrape the whipped cream (along with the candy pieces that go on top) OFF and slap the lid back on. So now I still have some whipped cream and none of the extra candy. Won’t go to this Sonic again!

The food isn’t good but the drinks are great (especially between 2−5pm when it’s half off.) I love the cherry limeade, route 44 all the way!

Why can’t Sonic be Sonic fast? If you love to wait and love to have slow service, this is the Sonic to come to. This place is horrible. Why can’t corporate revoke its franchise.
