Support the Swiss in NM! Okay, rather, support small businesses! The father came over from the old country and hence it’s a Swiss bakery. Bread is good but it’s a little pricey and a long way to go for bread. The location is like many in ABQ, seemingly in a residential area yet, voila, there is a business!

This place was okay — they had a small selection of European-​style pastries — I tried a couple and they were both good — the better one was a custard-​filled danish. I guess the more disappointing part was that I like to have milk with my pastries and they didn’t have any — all they had were water, juice and soda… pretty disappointing for breakfast.
I’d probably come back again… but I guess I’d have to get my milk elsewhere.
Also, you can’t really sit and enjoy your pasty there — there’s nowhere to sit in the store.
