Burger King

Food was fine, the problem was the staff. The about of loud talking, loud laughter and in general very unprofessional

I can only comment on the Drive through experience. After 2 or 3 failed attempts at various BKs recently, I gave this one a go. Whopper tasted great, and I had to wait for the fries to cool. The woman at the window was very friendly, and said she’d been with the franchise for 5 years or so.

I mean, late night should be an easy time to get food… not the slowest. We waited at least 15 minutes to just place our order. Then waited another 15 just trying to pay and get food. McDonald’s is a block over and is on top of their late night drive throughs… we’ll go there from now on.

I feel sorry for the employees who are subjected to working at this
location. Those poor souls!
It’s so hot in here that you can see a thin layer of sweat & grease
form over the brow’s of the employees foreheads. They are baking in here! I was baking in here too! I was literally roasting in here while trying to eat my double patty Whopper with cheese. It’s so damn hot in here that I was sweating in areas that I never knew that I could sweat in before. It was cooler outside than it was inside.
Service is good. Friendly employees. Food was hot, fresh, & yummy but a few things needs to be address. The dining area was a mess but a BK employee did come out to clean the area while I was eating. The restroom needed some TLC because the restroom (men) literally smelled liked corn chips & hot booty. Don’t get me wrong because I like the smell of corn chips but the heat didn’t help tho! It just amped upped the smell of the corn chips to smelling like hot a*s and corn chips. I’m surprised that they weren’t stingy on the soap and paper towels. They had the good kind of soap and the paper towel dispenser was stocked. All I had to do was just hold my breath while washing my hands.
BK deserves a better rating but ownership or whomever is responsible for running this location needs to fix the heating problem ASAP because like I said if the devil had a special place to cook his souls it would be the Auburn Super Mall Burger King location.

Inconsistent service, sometimes they’re good. Most of the time they are bad and can be rude. I avoid it most days.
Edit: went today was met with good service, bumped it up a star. Came to my table and asked how I was doing, cashier was nice.

Slow and bad service! Asked if we could try the new fries — which we didn’t know they had until after she rang us up because she didn’t offer them — and she flat out said no. She also seemed put out when we asked for milk in kids meal instead of soda. Just rude for no reason — not like they were crowded. The other associate working registers was very friendly (in sharp contrast) but appeared to be doing the work of three people (registers, cleaning, food service) and did not seem to be hand washing as frequently as she should have been. Will not be coming back to this location — ever.

Location is a little weird… kinda tucked away in the back. Service is always good and in 2 years, I have yet to receive an effed up order. Store is in dire need or a remodel tho. Kinda dig the young girl that works the drive through… friendly and always smilin.

All in all, it’s Burger King, not Ruth’s Chris.
That said, this location doesn’t seem to have consistent service either in terms of service or food quality.
It can turn into a real train wreck if there are more than about six people in the dining room.

Typical burger king. Service is pretty quick & friendly though.

Just went here at about 10:15pm and ordered 2 double cheese burgers they charged me for double cheese burgers and I got 2 HAMBURGERS. the patties were smaller then mcdonalds and so thin the bread overpowed the taste of the burger. I would have went back but I have to work in the morning and I don’t have time.
