Burger King

They have just finished a total interior remodel. finishes are very tasteful & furnishings are also high quality. only got a drink & a hamburger for someone else so I can’t rate the food quality (if better or worse than b4 makeover)

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I went in yesterday and a worker, which BTW was leaving for the day, decided she was going to help me so I wasn’t waiting. The food was fresh, and the employees were very nice. I felt welcomed!

How do you not have the ability to sell whoppers? Seriously. That is your main entre.

I actually had a really good experience here recently. They have a decently sized «play place» in the back for the little kids, so I took my son here on his birthday recently. He had a great time. While we were eating, 2 different employees came and asked if they could get us anything and if everything had been alright with our food, which I thought was really nice and unexpected. I mean it’s still fast food… but the meal was decent and my son was happy, what else can you ask for?

Food is great always but … $ 10.66 for Double whopper meal? It is what it is I guess.

Is it just me or are these burgers getting smaller? Add to that, the woman working the register can’t spell the name Ryan and shouts your order at you, and I’d say this BK is the pits. Total disappointment. I can’t believe I came back here again.

I have no complaints about the quality of the food but I decided to walk in last night instead of going through the drive thru as usual. It was about 9:45pm the Manager was attempting to work the drive thru & the front register. In the middle of my order she handed me off to a new kid so she could deal with the drive thru. This young boy finished taking my order but over charged me almost four dollars by adding cheese to the single stackers which already come with cheese. After the error was recognized they asked me to step to the side for a second so they could correct the mistake. After taking the next persons order & seeing the worst communication between fast good co-​workers I finally got my order completed & corrected at 10:10. That was 25 minutes for fast food!!! I will never go to that Burger King again!

Would not recommend this Burger King. Went here with my kids. We each ordered a value meal– pretty simple. One value meal he only rang as the sandwich. We didn’t know til we got receipt, tried to change it but he couldn’t figure out how so we just paid 4.50 for medium fries and drink as a new order. I guess they put names on receipt now. He asked me 3 times how to spell my name (it’s Angie) and still spelled it wrong. Just felt like I was dealing with someone who was either totally stoned or just really unintelligent. The diet coke was out of the machine and no one knew how to change it. After eating I took my daughter to the two stall bathroom– we were literally the only people in the place for about 45 minutes– one stall had period blood left in the toilet with blood all over toilet paper in the toilet and half hanging off the seat, the other stall literally had pee all over the left side of the seat. The whole experience was just pretty gross and the staff is grossly incompetent. We ended up paying 22 dollars and some change for 3 medium sized value meals– nothing special either– whopper, original chicken sandwich and 3 chicken strip meal. Pretty pricy for low quality fast food. Please don’t go here.

Fast food is fast food… But the service at this location is poor. No smiles, no patience, and lots of apathy. The team enjoyed each other, but the customers were forgotten.
Waited way too long for a Whopper Jr. Meal and kids hamburger meal. When it was ready, the cashier yelled across the restaurant so I could get it. Minutes earlier, another employee walked an order to the gentleman next to us and apologized for the wait.
If I go back, I’ll use the drive thru. BK still has the best fast food burger of the major chains.

Ordered two sausage biscuits in the microphone (drive thru). She asked me if I wanted cheese 3 times, I said no three times. After that she said she was just informed they are out of biscuits. Really?
Last time I came here for 2 whopper jrs the bread was stale and the lettuce was brown.

The staff here is rude, to be honest. Also, there are many bugs living in the plants next to the table. Not appetizing when a spider is crawling on your table. The food is good so it deserves more than one star.

Isn’t the concept of the Chicken Fry quaint?
