KFC

What can I say it is KFC. They don’t have baked beans any more? And when I went to order the green beans they were out. The chicken was good but the biscuit was greasy and hard. The people working there were great.

Terrible. Just got back home with my food and everything was cold and old. Old chicken, stale biscuits, old mash and gravy, old coleslaw, old Mac and cheese. Extremely disappointed. I even called after I got home to complain, and no one picked up (I called three times and they don’t close for another two hours). Won’t be visiting this location again.

Been here twice now. First time, got the grilled chicken. It was pathetically small, dry and just terrible. Went again yesterday and got the Nashville hot chicken. Ordered the chicken, but got three flat, dry and pathetically small strips instead.
Never ever going here again.

I have gone to this kfc location three times in the last six months and I see that I should have read the reviews first! All three times I went, they were out of grilled chicken and they messed up my order. Also, they have some of the rudest people working there! It’s like they are doing you a favor by even showing up for work! Drive to the Crystal Lake location if you are craving some kfc — I know I will!

So today I decided to change my review of this place I’m going to start from fresh as the pot pies were really fresh that I ate today because the manager Vicky was busting your ass to make sure that they were hot and ready to be served I came up to the window and they were out of pot pies and I got kind of mad I was thinking that’s sucks it’s lunchtime and I have to wait 22 minutes for them to cook fresh ones with the professional manager caring attitude you replied to me as quick as she could interjected I just had a Rush on them one lady took four another person took three I thought to myself wow she really cared enough about The restaurant to keep me calm and teach me some patients I decided to go down the street do an errand and come back when those pies are ready it was a good thing I did because they tasted really good they were hot they were fresh in the manager greeted me with a smile when I came back to pick them up my advice to this restaurant is not to the management because Both Amanda and Vicky Who now manage the place are really trying hard to make it a good place to visit my messages the employees that work under them do your best that’s all anyone can ask of you because the people above you are busting their ass to make this place work better and that’s my thought for the day

This place is always out of things. They are always out of Mac n cheese and grilled chicken. How? This has happened on 3 separate occasions. The last two times we went the food was cold and they gave us the wrong chicken! Also this place always takes forever to give you food… Even if you’re the only person in line! Don’t go here, it’s a complete waste of money and always ends up in disappointment.

Buyer beware
We ordered two buckets of their chicken.
All it took was one bite to realize something was wrong and I called the kfc on Randall road immediately
The manager never apologized but continued to ask me what the chicken taste like. I also explained that it had an odor and did not taste good and we were concerned.
Per her instruction I brought the buckets back and she said there was nothing she could do since she did nothing wrong.
She was actually very nice but not well trained.
I told her I would call the corporate office on Monday and asked for my receipt.
She stated that there was no corporate office and that they are a franchisee.
My bill was less than 40.00 and not really worth the aggravation but I will call on Monday to let the corp office know what happened.
This is not the first time this one kfc served me substandard food, my wife reminded me of our past experiences at this location and should have listened to her…
Maybe we should all listen to her until there is a change in management or ownership at this location.

Always out of grilled chicken. Let’s not review the food cause it’s kfc, you get what you get. But they are slow, discourtious and all around not good. One time, decided to wait for the grilled chicken they are always out of. Pulled around to the front as directed to wait for the elusive grilled chicken. Twenty minutes later we found out they forgot we were there… and if we would wait longer they could put some in. This place is awful, not cause its a kfc but because it’s awful. Go to popeyes.

From DISAPPOINTING to DISGUSTING!
How this place gets anything higher than 1 star is beyond me. Now I usually don’t find myself ranting about any fast food service. The reality is that my standards for these places are pretty low. 1) Get my food order correct 2) Make sure you cook and handle food properly and 3) be quick about it (it is fast food).
Visit #1 (Short Version) We ordered our food, the wife took the kids to the bathroom I secured a table. The kids returned, were watching to see our if order is up. Several customers get served. We lose track of time chatting, until the kids complain that their hungry. Noticed nearly 30 minutes passed. Approached the counter and inquire on order. The untrained and inexperienced kids left running the front line, had no clue what was happening. We had to involve a manger. Who finally figured out that person entering the order inadvertently deleted it before it made it to the kitchen area. Extremely apologetic the manger offered us an entire chocolate cake. Still very disappointed.
Visit #2 The kids craving a bowl. Purchased 3 bowls for the kids and a family for the rest of us. When we get home to have dinner. The kids bowls are cold, not because of the time it took to travel. Were 5 minutes away. the cheese they are topped off with was not melted. they never warmed it, Temp check — cold potatoes! They also forgot the gravy. Easy fix though, add gravy and pop it in the microwave. Onto the family meal — the 8 piece was one piece short. Pick up a piece a piece of chicken and the grease was literally dripping out. Pulled the chicken apart for further inspection. The chicken was raw, the skin was literally raw and the chicken inedible. DISGUSTING!
Will never visit this place again — unless your seeking to fight off a bout of Salmonella I suggest you don’t eat here either.

I just wanted a quick dinner, I ordered a 3 pc white meal. I got home and it had to have been made for lunch and they threw it back in the steamer. The mashed was cold the corn was cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock. For the 7.00 I paid it would have cost me more to bring it back. I am not a fussy guy. But C’mon no one was in line, it wasn’t busy. Even if it was, you’re in the fresh fast food business, get with it. This is not the first time,

Some people think of kfc as something else. I think of it as delicious chicken! I love the crispy chicken. The cole slaw and of course the mash potatoes. The staff is super friendly too.

The people that work here are thugs and speak Ebonics. The food was cold and made me sick I would not suggest this location to anyone.

This is the second time I go to this KFC and they are out… yes out of chicken! That’s like McDonald’s running out of burgers or Pizza Hut running out of dough or Subway running out of bread! Atleast they offered a free cookie and a wait of 40 minutes. This has happened in other KFC’s too. Next time you run out, turn off your lights and leave whatever you have left over in a bucket in the parking lot. For the record it was 6PM. «No Colonel Sanders you’re wrong. Worst Service Ever! I’m not the kind of guy who would complain about a fast food service, but this place is anything but fast! Waited 20 minutes in the drive-​through AND got my order wrong!!! Really?!?

I received the worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food joint at this KFC. I placed my order inside and then watched as most of the employees goofed off and relied on one person to take care of all of the customers orders. There were 2 other families waiting for their food and it took over 20 minutes or even longer for us all to get our food. My order was not even correct after all that waiting. New employees are a must!

Haven’t had KFC for a while, thought I’d try some.
Same as usual.
Had the Original Recipe chicken and it was just as I remembered it; Tasty, crunchy, and juicy. With all those herbs and spices you’d think it would have a lot more depth of flavor though.
Also tried their wings. I haven’t been to a KFC since wings became a hot restaurant item and I can’t say if I had more flavor choices like Buffalo or whatever, the ones I got seemed to be original recipe. Again; Tasty, crunchy, and juicy. Pretty good goin’ for wings, especially the juicy part. No wing-​jerky like you get at some places.
Also had the mashed potatos with gravy and cole slaw. Pretty standard stuff there. Potatos pooped out of a machine (I presume), slaw tasted fine but was rather runny.
Service? Sorry kid, you screwed up. Got the food order right (and that is much appreciated) but you forgot to provide any utensils. I was not dining at home. I opened the bag and there’s mashed potatos with gravy and cole slaw, but nothing to eat them with. I don’t know if they still have wet-​naps, but I sure know I didn’t get any. Fried chicken, mashed potatos with gravy and cole slaw, no utensils, and no wet-​naps. Great. Just great.
It’s pretty good food though, so I don’t know why it’s so low on my list of places to go for lunch/​dinner.
