Starbucks

This is definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to– whether it’s inside a store or by itself. This specific one is in the target store on Main Street in Alhambra. The people that work there are super rude and make drinks that are not fresh.
Management please work on your Starbucks associates here at target. There’s so much potential being wasted here!

Typically love this Starbucks… not tonight! The cashier at the register is super ghetto and so unprofessional. She was not only chewing gum loudly but also tapping all her acrylic nails on the register waiting for my son to choose a cup to give to his teacher tomorrow as a gift. Than I asked for two gist cards and she interrupted me and said «they’re right there» but didn’t point anywhere (she wasn’t even looking at me) and I found them a couple seconds after at the bottom and got the only one there and I showed it to her just as I was going to say «there’s only one here» she, again, interrupted me and said «that’s all we got» still tapping her nails on the counter… still chewing gum loudly. Ew. No thank you.

Worst Starbucks! The 3 visits I went (different days) I encountered something out of stock (ice, whip cream etc) Very convenient for me since I’m always shopping at Target but after this visit I won’t deal with this Starbucks no longer

This review is specifically for the two girls that worked that during the day I ordered my venti caramelized honey frapp.
OK, first of all, the cashier, JACKY, had a huge attitude and didn’t even greet me or my husband when we came up to order our drinks. She looked like she hated her job and hated customers. Seriously, why work at Starbucks if you can’t even say «hi.» I used to work at Starbucks, and we were taught to deliver great customer service. I guess this is what we get since this is a Starbucks inside a Target store. You can’t expect too much. Horrible attitude at the register.
Then, my drink came up. I noticed that my drink didn’t have the topping for the caramelized honey frapp so I asked for it. I said, «excuse me, do you guys have any toppings for the venti,» and this girl CAROL gave me an attitude as well and was like «we’re out of the toppings.» Not even «oh sorry, we are out of the toppings, but do you want to try putting cinnamon…» or at least something else? She couldn’t even offer me an alternative. Just straight up… «we’re out» with an attitude. Seriously? As a paying customer who spent $ 5 on this drink, yes, I’m going to ask for every bit that my drink would come with… but I don’t expect an attitude behind the bar since it’s their job to make sure the customer is satisfied.
They either need to make some employee changes here or else I won’t ever be coming back to this place. Many of my friends and co-​workers feel the same way about this place too.

The cashier didnt even say hi or anything and when I asked for non-​fat milk the other worker just rolled her eyes. Mind you I actually worked at a starbucks and I understand if its not your day but seriously this place needs to review how to greet customers. This would not happen at the starbucks I worked at

Service is a little slow during peak times. I loved the iced green tea and iced peach green tea. If coffee iced caramel machiato upside down with soy milk.

Terrible cashier. Didn’t even want my drink after dealing with her. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Will never order from this Starbucks again.

I can say that this location needs a wake up call. Employees think they are on vacation working at a turtles pace and have no idea what customer service means. If it wasn’t for the coffee fix. I would recommend not to come here

I love their white peppermint mocha it was great with an extra shot of espresso to spice the morning

My experience was wonderful, thanks to the girl who made me a wondrous Butterbeer. Definitely going back for more, also wrote the Harry Potter logo on my cup which made me oh so happy. She should be promoted ;D

This Starbucks is really hit or miss. Sometimes the workers are amazing and sometimes they’re horrible. Specifically this one girl but I will not name names here. They always run out of things like soy milk, all of the baked goods and even ice sometimes. I know that the Starbucks inside of Targets and other stores are smaller than the official stores making things more difficult but I feel like they should be more prepared. Who runs out of ice? Seriously?

I’m giving this place an easily deserved one star for my visit today, because although I did come to grab a drink and use my 50% off coupon from cart wheel, for whatever reason the Starbucks was closed.
I actually still don’t know why it was closed, and honestly I don’t really mind, I understand that problems come up and sometimes a business will have to close for a little bit during the day.
However, the way the employees acted about the starbucks being closed was super rude. They were really dismissive about the whole thing, and when I asked them how long it would be closed, they told me 10 – 20 minutes.
An hour later, when I finished shopping, not only was the starbucks still closed, but the workers seemed almost annoyed that I asked them again if it was opened. I have no idea what happened today, but pretty unhappy at how condescending workers at a Starbucks within a Target can be.

Location is convenient. However staff at other Starbucks are much friendlier than here. Drinks are usually okay,

Ouch ! The prices have gone up recently but if you want to get legally high it will cost you. Always fun and friendly service.

They’re pretty nice here and it’s located inside of Target so you can get your shopping done at the same time. No warmer for pastries but that’s OK… They politely let you know about this before ringing you up. This location can be faster than the nearby freestanding SBUX store but just depends. Thanks to this crew for making many of my recent morning visits bright!

There are only two workers and they always do a great job on my drinks. Plus they are courteous and helpful. I usually get frapps and tea drinks. They give me more whip cream than other starbucks.

Mmmmm yummy I like Starbucks all the time and this is one of my favorites.
Customer service its good. They have quick service since they are not crowd like other.
If you want a quick service I think this is the one.

I don’t even remember checking in here. I don’t remember any bad experiences last week, so everything must have been good… employees and coffee.

After we finished our shopping at Target before we headed to Tops Jr, my wife wanna get hot chocolate at Starbucks on Target. Then I was looking at the menu I haven’t trying Frappuccino in years I was curious one flavor the Peppermint Mocha I order one. Then we got our drinks they my Frappuccino hot, I ask ice cold then I return and ask cold they did comply I got my ice cold Frappuccino. Overall Frappuccino is really good but feel it need more flavor topping on the whip cream like mint chocolate to make bright and flavorable. Starbucks is over commercialize and highly price and is everywhere in this planet and popping out every new Starbucks each month.

I work very close to the one of Freemont but the line is always out the door.
I get done with my morning shift around 730am and I go the this location simple because there is rarely anyone in line.
The baristas are all nice. By now, they know my drink and my name.
Maybe it is because I order a unique drink. Maybe it is because I am a lot nicer to them than some of the folks who have reviewed this page.
I typically get a Tall Late with 4 shots made with Heavy Cream instead of Milk.
I have never been a huge fan of Starbucks Coffee, but the espresso shots are alright. There are very few Coffee Shops in Alhambra that make good high quality coffee. I used to work in Old town Pasadena and Jones and Home Brewed Bar are my favorites. I miss them.
But I generally am greeted with a smile and they make my drink the way I ask every time.
I think the folks who gave poor reviews need to pause and take a few deep breaths…
