My favorite from Taco Bell is Beef Supreme Chalupa! My mom ordered a Nacho Bell Grande so we can share something crunchy!!!
But the cheese look skimpy when it came… so I asked for more cheese. The young man said… I have to charge u. Whaaat! Good thing the manager was there and told him… nah give her more cheese! Don’t charge her.
The Chalupa bread was not as hot as I wanted. It was room temperature. But I was hungry. I ate it all!!! ;)
Overall, dine in experience was nice. The restaurant was pretty outside. They even had a fountain! Sorry no pictures today. Low battery on my phone.

The absolute worst Taco Bell. I grew up going to the Taco Bell next to KMart then Lowe’s. In recent years, the service has drastically declined. It shouldn’t take 15
minutes to pour a freeze into a cup. Please return yourselves to your former Taco Bell Palace glory.

Pretty much had a bad experience. For starters the lady in the drive through didn’t understand a word I was saying, so it took several times but I finally saw what I ordered was on the screen which included a large Coke. So as I was driving off I went to take a sip of my favourite cola beverage and it was bubble water with food dye. I pretty much paid for a large water cup. Also I was trying to get to work so I didn’t have time to get a refund.

It’s 12:40am and all lights are on and drive through open sign on and they closed at midnight. Turn your signs off.

This was disgusting last night. I can’t even fathom ever coming back here. Un-​cooked beans, cheese wasn’t even warm in the quesadilla I ordered either … I get that this isn’t gourmet but I can’t help but feel like we shoveled out money for food I threw away. Waste of money.

I wish I had the option to give zero stars. I love a good late night Taco Bell run, but avoid this location. The guy at the drive through was sarcastic and condescending. It took over 5 minutes to get our food at the empty drive through. Obviously I’m not expecting a fine dining experience, it’s Taco Bell. But I would appreciate not having poor service, a burnt meal, and all the cheese on my taco pizza not to be smashed on the top of the box. I would advise anyone to go to the Taco Bell on Rockfield instead of this location.

I mean what are you really looking for? Healthy food? Good food? Good service? Cleanliness? It’s all relative man. Besides the healthy food, there’s none of that at Taco Bell.
For a fast food chain and on fast food standards, I like the food and the service is actually friendly and pretty clean to be honest. So for fast food standards, it can’t really get much better.

I just like to say the girls who work here are the cleanest staff i ever seen. I monitored how they handle food and how they wash hands before wiping the trays, this is far from other fast food places. I love how clean this place is, a girl named Dyana (I think, not sure if i caught name right) deserves to be honored as the best employee.

To me all Taco Bells taste the same, but this one has the SLOWEST drive thru known to man. Every time.

It’s that age old question: to park and order or drive thru. With this place, either way the wait will be about 5mins. People are friendly and let’s be honest… It’s taco bell.

I mean really Taco Bell, I was enjoying my night when my friend and I decided to walk through the drive through. They did not serve us but del taco and burger did we then returned to Taco Bell taking our trader joe model shopping cart with us we ordered our food only to receive one of the dirtiest looks a human has ever seen. My friend then pushed the shopping cart out of the drive thru I don’t recommend this Taco Bell.

The employees are nice but I can tell the managers /​owners simply do not give a single…
Pretty slow for «fast» food, prices are a little higher than other TB’s, and I’ve been there a few times when its straight up hot inside.

Small neat place. Plenty of outdoor seats with shades. Drive through is usually busy and there is plenty of parking so not a problem. Tried their waffle taco and it was so-​so. Its small and with two three bites you are done :-|
Service was good. They served breakfast when I went there just past their breakfast hours.

This is a great Taco Bell. The tables, floor, bathroom, and drink machine are always clean and wiped down. I have eaten inside and outside and I was impressed by how it looked and how clean it was. The food came out quick and was full of flavor. I definitely enjoy coming here when I am around the area

I usually go through drive thru unless I have a real complicated order. Be prepared to have a number of hot sauce packets you want before you get to the window. They always ask how many you want. It really bugs me when I fell rushed when ordering at drive thru. Every time I order a item, they ask «will that complete your order». This place is loosing so much money by not up-​sizing meals or making suggestions. Overall, the food is pretty well made and presented.

BE WARNED! It took over 20 minutes to get my food the last TWO times i used the drive thru. By the way, there were only 2 cars ahead of me!

This taco bell is one of the cleaner ones that I have been to. And there are no homeless people asking for food or change. I don’t know if that is a good or bad thing. The drive-​thru has pretty quick service. The food is as good as Taco Bell gets. And the staff are pretty friendly and don’t make me feel like they have done something to my food.

Ok, I know what you think, 5 stars for a Taco Bell, but let me explain.
I’ve pretty much given up on the fast food commercial Mexican restaurants like Taco Bell and Del Taco primarily because the food has fake flavor, the inside tables are dirty and the restrooms are filthy, have graffiti and are always dirty.
Let’s get to this location in particular, have shopping at Lowe’s and then going into Trader Joe’s, I asked my daughter if she wanted a quick taco, of course she said yes. I immediately noticed how clean the tables, chairs and all surfaces were. Also, there were plenty of sauces, napkins (hate it when they’re not available) and the drink station was wiped down. I always wash my hands after ordering and I noticed how clean the restrooms were, there was even a sign stating we clean every 30 minutes and it shows.
We decided to eat outside and there wasn’t a spec of trash outside, matter of fact the manager had an employee outside making certain it was perfect. There was a nice fountain flowing and it was a typical beautiful SoCal day, so it really let me appreciate the food even more.
Ok, this is now the $.39 taco Taco Bell, which I used to love, so the prices have increased significantly, but the quality is much improved. Our order was basic, two soft tacos, a hard taco and a beef and cheese burrito. The order was fresh and full of flavor.
Bottom line, I will go again and I will recommend as it’s the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I’m not sure if it’s the manager, the owner or just a great staff of employees who take pride in working, regardless, great and pleasant experience.

Yes, even I have my moments of weakness. But you try finding a place to have lunch after 1 o’clock on your break from work with your stomach growling up a storm and a line curling out the door at any «healthier» option. Sometimes fast food is just that — fast (and feels oh so good. You know, until it doesn’t.)
My coworker and I, desperate for food and reaching the hunger point of no return (you know, when you’re so hungry that food is an abstract concept and choosing a place becomes impossible because you can’t remember what a hamburger even is anymore) were driving through the Aliso Viejo town center when we stumbled upon an oasis. It was almost like a mirage in the desert teasing us into thinking the thirst we sought would soon be quenched.
A Taco Bell, standing tall and alone in the shopping center, erected it’s magnificent, cobblestoned arch drive thru before us. It proudly dazzled with it’s short line and impressive masonry. It looked more like a winery than a place where cheese is squirted onto hard taco shells.
We glided on clouds up to the order box with the menu pristinely displayed, and were greeted with a crystal clear «Good afternoon, welcome to Taco Bell, how can I help you?» I imagine it sounded similar to the voice of God welcoming us to heaven’s gates.
My coworker and I exchanged glances. Is this Taco Bell? It was like discovering monsters don’t live in your closet and don’t actually vomit all over your clothes when you’re sleeping.
After a friendly and pain-​free submission of our order, we proceeded through the Tuscan villa that is the drive thru and waited the short while to receive our steaming hot and delicious food. The food was the best version of the classic Taco Bell items I have ever had in my entire life. Cheesy Gordita Crunches will never be the same for me — I can now accept nothing short of the perfection which was offered to me at this location.
They even have a flippin’ babbling brook in front of the door in a courtyard with beautiful tables. It’s like a magical nacho-​cheese filled storybook land. As we pulled out of the drive thru we were persuaded to fore-​go eating in the car and decided to enjoy this relaxing spa-​like atmosphere as we ate so fast our burritos exploded with joyful cheesy goop.
I will return to this Taco Bell location soon, hungry for more.

Yum! This taco is the best above all. The always super stuff the food especially the beef! Woot Woot!
