Good bagels but not the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I am not familiar with New York bagels so I can’t comment on that. I do like the bagels from Panera Bread and I’m not sure that these are better. I like sweet bagels so we tried the French toast, chocolate chip, and rainbow bagels(about $ 1.60 each?) with the kit Kat spread($ 1.49). The small 2oz spread is plenty for 3 – 4 bagels. The bagels were soft and chewy and pretty big. However, I feel like the Panera bread bagels are tasty even without any spread or topping. I don’t think I’d want to eat these plain. There just isn’t much flavor to them. These bagels stand out for the size and texture but not flavor. We also tried the Taylor ham, cheese, and egg sandwich on an everything bagel($ 6.59). It comes with 5 slices or so of ham. Between the bagel and ham, it was way too salty. Extremely busy spot for breakfast but the line moves fairly quickly. The workers are efficient but rather curt and definitely not very friendly or nice. Large parking lot but can be tough to find a spot on the weekend. Signage says they were featured on USA today.

I don’t know about their Bagels. The omelette was terrible, extra for some nasty cheese substance in it. A pathetic portion of home fries that were more grill scrapings than potato. Would never recommend anyone eat breakfast here.

I came here for brunch with my girlfriend after reading the review. To be honest, we didn’t see what the hype was about at all. I think if you just wanted some good bagels then you can come here but I wouldn’t dine in. The food was sub-par and the whole atmosphere reminded me of Waffle House but they were at least a bit cleaner despite their low health score. I ordered their smoked salmon on top of a plain bagel that was just colored with food coloring(kind of disappointed it was just coloring. For one, they had about an inch of cream cheese, literally an INCH, but maybe it’s just not my preference and it was an easy fix to scrape it off. The salmon was poorly done and didn’t seem fresh but I didn’t really have high expectations from it anyways. ALSO, on a funny side note, I ordered home fries thinking I’d get their signature fries but they were just potatoes haha On the bright side, the bagels were pretty good though. Nicely toasted and soft and chewy on the inside. Still nothing special though. Aesthetically the food looks pretty good but they tasted just average.

I need to eat here more, it’s right around the corner and I never go! Just had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel — it was incredible. Bagels are so soft and chewy, egg/cheese/bacon were overflowing. The seasoning on the everything bagel added tons of flavor. This place is legit, the food is top notch and they don’t skimp on portions. I’ll be back for sure!

The last few times have been very successful as far as cleanliness and customer service goes. So I am bumping my star count up. The flavors and variety at this restaurant just can’t be beat as far as bagels goes. The everything bagel toasted with either vegetable or scallion cream cheese is very good. If you like sweet cream cheese the kit kat or blueberry hits the spot. The parking lot and and take out spot is usually very congested. Don’t fret the line moves quickly. Highly recommended.

To the Unilocaler who didn’t see lox on BB’s menu, it’s there. Nova Salmon Platter. «Carpers» and all. It’s a generous platter too and absolutely delicious. Don’t want the platter? BB’s has always been happy do an appetizer portion instead if asked. As for the bagels or breakfast place question, apparently the aforementioned Unilocaler didn’t read the whole menu. Burgers, great grilled chicken sandwiches and even great fries are among the non-breakfast items available for, um, lunch! Mostly take-out? That dining room that’s packed full most of the time would sure indicate otherwise.

The bagels are just bagels. While I enjoy the bagel sandwiches there are many problems with this establishment. On a personal note, the«Sixteen Commandments» are rude and the display of political signage is very lame. Also, the«New York» character of the restaurant is overkill as the employees confuse the straightforward attitude of the Northeast with superficial impoliteness. On a less personal note, the to-go line is not user friendly. Most people probably get bagels to go, therefore the menu should be on a wall. Most importantly, there is no lox on the menu, but they do serve it. Without onions. Without carpers. Without tomato. Bagel place or place that serves breakfast?

May not look like much from the outside, but the food is good! Clean establishment, friendly staff, decent wait time for food. Panera may not be seeing me for Breakfast anymore! Lol!

Update: I have to take a few stars off for this. My fiancé and I stopped here on the way to the Hike Inn at Amicalola Falls. I ordered an everything bagel with jalapeño cheddar cream cheese, and he ordered a French toast bagel with cinnamon raisin cream cheese. When we opened them up on the highway, mine was fine, but his bagel had not been toasted and so everything was cold! Especially when you pay over $ 8 for two bagels… not cool. I hope they get it right next time – we will definitely check our bag before we leave! This review is solely based on the bagels. And boy… are they good. I will drive out of my way to come here when I have the time because the bagels and schmears are that good. They offer a large variety and are always tasty. Make sure you come early, or they may run out of your favorite kind!

Incredible. Simply incredible. I didn’t know bagels could taste this good. Try the bacon, egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel. Warning; the portions are huge. One bagel can feed two.

Would love to try this place but their health score is always so low. Not sure why they don’t care about being clean and sanitary…

Cozy place, food was delicious, service was good. This would have been a five star review. However, the«BBs Sixteen Commandments» on the front of the menu really turned me off. 1. There shall be no custom orders. Seriously? 4. There shall be no free slicing of bagels… they CHARGE to slice bagels? And on and on… Do they understand that their customers should be their focus, not their«Commandments»? Tacky and self-absorbed. Bagels were really good, but unfortunately because of that, I won’t be back.

Where else can you get Kit Kat cream cheese on top of a homemade chocolate chip bagel. Prefer something more savory than sweet, go for the Jalapeño cream cheese on the garlic or onion bagel. Fantastic assortment of homemade cream cheese and bagels. Also a big list of breakfast sandwiches, and other items. They also have lunch items

Where do I start? First, GOBUY A DOZENBAGELSFROMHEREIMMEDIATELY. I grew up for the better part of my younger years in central New Jersey, so delicious bagels and pork roll/Taylor ham became a staple for me. Moving to Atlanta was great but I was bummed when the best bagel I could find was at Einsteins or Dunkin Donuts … Enter BB’s. Delicious, gigantic bagels with plenty of flavors, a plethora of cream cheese flavor options as well as delicious looking benedicts and pancakes(I’ve never tried these because I’m stuck on my pork roll, egg and cheese on an everything bagel w/salt pepper & ketchup). It’s always super crowded — clearly a testament to awesome food. You should definitely go to BB’s. It’s worth the wait for sure.

Very good bagels. We usually get them with smoked salmon. Didn’t care for the flagel just a bagel smashed flat, dense and hard to chew. I once asked for lemon to squeeze on my smoked salmon and it was slimy, probably left over from another day so I just don’t ask for that anymore. A fly sat at our booth the whole time we had breakfast today. I guess it happens, the door is almost constantly open when they’re busy. Get there before 9AM and you shouldn’t have to wait for a table. Many of the cars are for people getting carryout so don’t be discouraged if the lot looks full.

There’s not a whole lot to say other than this is hands down the best bagels in the area. Can’t speak for the service if you dine in as I have only done it once a long time ago, but guys. Bagels. Cream cheese. Delicious. Also I don’t know how much truth is in the notion that it literally takes 7327 hours to digest a bagel, but however long it is, if you want to dive into a bagel, don’t you want to treat yourself to the best possible carbohydrate experience ever? Duh. You’re welcome.

We were turned on to this place by friends on a recent visit to Atlanta. actually it is in Alpharetta. Possibly the best bagel I’ve ever had. I have not had bagels like these outside of New York City, homemade and absolutely delicious. I also tried the Reuben which was unbelievably good, homemade pastrami, bread and dressing just melt in your mouth delicious. I was told there is usually a long wait but it was totally worth it. The service was friendly and super efficient. I can’t wait to return to try out the dessert case, it made my mouth water just looking at the pastries and baked goods.

I’ve heard these are the best bagels in the Atlanta«area». This place is actually in Alpharetta which took me over 2 years to actually get myself to drive OTP. But I had to meet a business associate in the area anyway so coming here worked out. I’m from NY/NJ, I expected a regular bagel shop. You know the kind that just has bagels, maybe some breakfast sandwiches and maybe 3 or 4 tables. Well this place is actually a restaurant. It reminded me actually of a NJ/NY diner. I ordered Smoked salmon platter which came with choice of bagel which I choose everything. There bagels are really big, much bigger than Einstein bagel which is not really a good comparison. I also feel the bagels were bigger than the typical NY bagel. The smoke salmon was on top of the bagel and a good amount, they are heavy with the cream cheese which is typical in NY. I had to remove some cream cheese off because it was too much for me. They also serve it with sliced onion, tomato, and a ramikin filled with capers… love capers! I liked that they put it on the side opposed to on top of the salmon how other places usually do it, because capers usually roll off when you try to eat them. If you have them on the side, you can just move over the salmon and lay the capers on cream cheese then put the salmon back on top of the cream cheese and capers. Yes the bagels are really good! However I don’t know if I’d drive 40 minutes to get there anytime soon. I did buy a dozen bagels to bring back home. However it was already 11:30 am by the time I got to the counter and most of the bagels were sold out. The flavors left were not what I usually get but I bought some anyway. If and when I go back, I’ll make sure to go early to make sure I get the flavors I really want.

Bagel me crazy. What was a I thinking ordering an eggs benedict at a bagel-centered restaurant?!. So my second time was definitely much better. I got a bacon, eggs, and cheese on an everything bagel. It was precut into fourths which made it much easier to eat. Definitely going to come back and try their specialty bagels and assorted bagel spreads. Love how they charge rude people ten bucks! Hungry hippos beware, the parking is limited and it gets pretty crowded around lunchtime! It’s very casual, loud, and a little hectic inside but I think that’s what makes BBs BBs.
