First of all We waited for 25 mins for a croissant and a bagel Togo, second while we waited for our complex order three other customers came up because they didn’t receive the right meals and 2 more complaining about the wait. That place needs help or it won’t last.

Staff is what elevates this restaurant from 4 to 5 stars. Food is good, the menu has a great variety of salad, hot & cold sandwiches, pastas, soups AND yummy(!) pastries of course! My first time here they all welcomed me and seemed excited to have me in. The staff also seemed proud and enthusiastic about being at work(you can’t find this great attitude anymore/that often in the restaurant business!!) Second time, they recognized me and welcomed me back in. Love the personal acknowledgement and friendly staff!

The food is ok, but the service is above and beyond. I’ve been in a few times, and I’ve always enjoyed their lunch salads. They tend to have slightly more interesting toppings than the other chain soup/sandwich/salad places. But where they really excel is customer service. The employees are on each other to make sure you’ve helped through the line. They bring your food with a smile and a sincere ask of what else they can do or bring you. Someone else comes to check on how you like the food and what else they can bring. It’s attentive but not smothering. And they’re usually not as crowded as the other businesses in the row.

I have to say, I was quite disappointed after passing Pollo, Chipotle, and Zoe’s Kitchen after my meal here. I ordered the Chopped Salad and I must say I was NOT impressed with the presentation. The lettuce was wilted, maybe 3 tiny pieces of blue cheese, and bland dressing. They did throw in a small piece of bread on the side, but nothing to dip it in or butter it with. They look so upscale from the outside, and there prices match the exterior look. I paid $ 11.00 for a «café» sized salad and an ice tea. The«café» size is the smaller portion. Not sure I would go to another one of these again regrettably.

If you don’t mind gluten, the pancakes are to die for :-) The spinach avocado flat bread is outstanding, if you’re looking for something healthy. Good bacon and good coffee. eggs are ok. Pancakes are memorable.

This is my second visit in about as many months. I’ve only been for lunch since it is near work. It’s generally out-of-sight, out-of-mind. But I’m going to have to change that since I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is cordial, the place is new and clean to include the restrooms. I generally come circa 1:30PM to avoid the crowds. Seeing how this place’s parking overlaps with a few other eateries, it looks like it can get pretty congested during the lunchtime rush. Each time I’ve been, I’ve enjoyed my lunch. What more could I ask for?

I have ordered food from this Corner Bakery location twice since it opened in 2013, both times have been takeaway orders. The Anaheim Scrambler was good. It is a dish of eggs with bacon, tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese and avocado. I ordered breakfast potatoes. Fruit is also available and the scrambler comes with toast. For my most recent visit, I placed a takeaway order online and opted to pay at pickup. My order was ready when I arrived and I did not have any issues with the process. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and eggs. The menu on the website notes that the buttermilk pancakes are available at select cafes. The dish includes four pancakes, scrambled eggs and a choice of chicken sausage or bacon. I opted for the chicken sausage(for an additional $ 0.30). The pancakes were okay, they were not very sweet. They were accompanied with melted butter and syrup.(I did not use the syrup provided as I had my own blueberry syrup sweetened with agave nectar). The two chicken sausage patties were good and seasoned well. The eggs were good; I later added sea salt and cracked pepper to taste.

I really like the look and feel of this place. The staff is really nice and the food is fresh and amazing. I definitely recommend the chicken pomodori panini. There’s nothing more I can say other than I’ll definitely be back.

This is the best breakfast and lunch restaurant in Alpharetta. Their chopped salad is incredible; it has chicken bacon and avocado. For breakfast the Anaheim scrambler is the gold standard. I come here all the time and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this joint.

I love their Pretzel Turkey Sandwich. Turkey, tomatoes, red onions, and Havarti Cheese topped with a spicy mustard spread are served on fresh Pretzel Bread. The portion is generous and it comes with chips or fruit. I also love their bakery items. My favorite is their Toffee Cookie — yum! Service is always prompt, friendly, and professional!

To people are saying the servings are huge, it depends on what you order. Don’t order the unFLATS. I finished it in two bites. Also, the flat was extremely soggy when I opened it. Yuck. The tomatoes and cheese somehow fell out of the aluminum foil even though our seemed like it was tightly wrapped. They ran out of carrots, but running out of food seems to be the norm in sandwich cafes. Extremely overpriced for serving size. Visited at dinnertime, so order came pretty fast. Casual atmosphere.

Nice person taking our order. Order came out wrong. Had to wait for sandwich. Tasty sandwiches. Too much to eat. Recommend putting boxes out for customers.

[TL;DR] Corner Bakery is the consummate 2.5-star spot. Everything kind of simmers on average and typically opts for bland over flavor out of caution. SKIP the menu on the wall. It’s a complete mess and a source of confusion and panic. It’s probably better just to ask the rep at the counter. I’m pretty sure she sensed I was lost in a sea of indecision because she kept reassuring me she was there to help… ANDDESPITETHAT, I still ended up ordering some combination that apparently cannot be ordered since it spliced the meal gene between breakfast fare and lunch fare which né’er the two shall meet. No power paninis and soups shall ever have a love affair on their cafeteria tray. I ended up ordering them separately. It took 30 minutes, two drive-bys, a walk-up, and a manager visit to finally get our food. The«baker»(this is a bakery right?) is a quantum physics savant who pushed our order through time. It was a magical experience. I don’t know what happened, and the restaurant offered no plausible explanation so time-travel seems appropriate. We did end up with some vouchers and a discount though. The manager made it right. The chicken apple sausage panini was okay. It tasted sweetly of butter, cheddar, and crispy bread. It paired well with the Tuscan white bean soup despite the no-pairing combo warning. The bread that came with the soup … well, it’s a wonder a place that calls itself a bakery would provide bread like this. Then again, the name implies it’s on a corner, which it’s not. So there you go… ;o) I will go back(exactly one more time) to use the vouchers.

Horrible service, slow. Don’t go here. We waited over 20 minutes to get our breakfast. When food did come out it was cold. Edit: the manager did make everyone correct and validated our like for this restaurant. We will come back.

The biggest waste of money. For nearly 10 dollars I got a huge pile of chopped lettuce that was supposed to a chopped salad. The rest of the ingredients were just thrown in, not chopped and very sparse. The only plus side is huge portions. The person I was with had a huge bowl of the cheddar broccoli soup and says it was good.

It was my first time trying Corner Bakery Café and I was disappointed. Maybe it was just this location, but I was just not happy with my experience. This Corner Bakery Café is located off of Exit 9 on GA-400. It is next to a Chipotle and Zoe’s Kitchen. I ordered a chicken carbonara with a side salad. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pesto on ciabatta ficelle signature sandwich and a cup of cheddar broccoli soup. I also ordered a sweet tea. They bring the food to you. His soup was cold. We asked them to reheat it and the employee gave us a look and reluctantly heated it up for us. We both agreed that our meals were way too greasy. Overall, I will try Corner Bakery Café again, but in other locations much closer to me such as in Lenox Square Mall.

This place is quite cozy. It’s like another Panera Bread place to me and my friend. Since it’s located in the busier area of Alpharetta, there was constantly people coming and going. The line was not long but steadily moved along. It’s neat that this place serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a café, you would think it has limited choices, but the menu selection is pretty vast. There are varieties of half and half combos: sandwich or Panini combo, signature salad combo, or pasta combo. I had the roast beef & goat cheese sandwich that included a pickle and chips. It was a good portion size, nicely presented, and tasted pretty good. My friend had the sandwich combo which was half a sandwich with a small side salad. The salad was definitely small, but she said it tasted good. I would definitely give this place another go since there are other goodies and treats to try.

I mistakenly thought that Macy’s was open at 7am for a sale, but it turns out it was the next day that it would be open so early. Rather than drive over to the Starbucks near Barnes and Noble, I decided to try the new Corner Bakery Café located among the new bunch of restaurants that just opened on the Haynes Bridge Rd side of the mall. I’m not sure if it was because I was one of the first few customers in the morning, but the restaurant was clean and warm. I like the fact that breakfast is offered here with varieties of oatmeal, hot breakfast fare and even pastries. My sister and I each had a coffee there — free refills for just 1.89 cup and we shared a big cinnamon roll which was reheated. I know this probably isn’t substantial enough to do a full review of this particular Corner Bakery location, but now I like having this Starbucks/Panera alternative which also serves a decent breakfast. I would really like to come back if I’ve got a chance, but I’m sure the dinner items are just as good as Maggiano’s food since they’re part of the same group. Corner Bakery is a great addition to the North Point Mall area.
