This place is gross. Smells terrible inside and the food is definitely nothing to write home about.

I live right in the area and this is the closest pub or bar around. They are step above decent. A good burger and and of course, as others have said. TOTS! The past 2 times we have gone for lunch and the service and food were excellent. We used to go for Trivia every week, where Angie our waitress would have a fresh brew in my hand before the last one was finished. If you shop at the Kroger next door… their receipts have 2 for 1 coupons on them so use em. The hamburger steak meal(about a half pound hamburger covered in mushroom gravy) is fantastic! They are close for me so that helps alot.

TOTS! That, in a word makes Mulligan’s worth it. Aside from Sonic, where can you get tots? Brought my little guys here for a quick dinner today. Can’t sit inside because of the smoke, but we were outside, and it was really nice out. I got a chicken sandwich, they got a variety of kiddo stuff. It’s a pub, and for a pub — the food was good. The place is inexpensive, the boys could be as loud as they wanted, and it was cheap. Gets a «will return» in my book…

I have been here a few times when visiting people in Alpharetta, and I have to say that I would go back. They have super cheap drink specials, and super cheap food as well. I was disappointed with my ‘buffalo’ chicken sandwich, as there was no buffalo sauce on it. But, when I told the waitress she was quick to bring some out. Their onion rings are tasty, and they have tons of TV’s. They also have a fun trivia night!

Mulligan’s is a smallish pub and restaurant in the Midway community of south Forsyth. I came here a few times years ago and remembered it being fair. So I thought, now that I’m Unilocaling, I ought to give them a do-over(get it, mulligan… do over?) Mulligan’s bookends a longer strip mall. Inside you’ll find a dining room with wood covered walls, kind of a casual rustic feel. All the wood in here makes it pretty dark. They’ve got tons of TVs and a lot of NASCAR and UGA memorabilia on the walls. It is a bit on the redneck side, and so is the clientele. From the dining room you can catch a glimpse into the kitchen and see stacks of food service stuff. That’s usually not a good sign, yet I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. My burger was was flavorful and juicy. It isn’t the best burger around, but for pub food, I liked it. My son got the chicken fingers off the kid’s menu. This was by far the best thing at our table. Despite coming from the food service bag, these were darn tasty. Meaty, tender and with nice breading. The honey mustard was also above average. The best thing of all… TATERTOTS! Oh my they were good. Cooked perfectly, golden brown and delicious. They were even better dipped into the honey mustard. I can’t comment on the nightlife or bar areas. But for lunch, this place ain’t half bad. They seem to be doing a pretty good business too, were crowded when we left.
