Tried it for the first time and had the Turkey Club… I hated it. Took two bites and tossed the sandwich, thank goodness the chips were good. I tried the pizza on my second trip and it tasted better but not all that great. Service was good and staff was very friendly, just not a fan of the food.

First of all, I think their personal pizzas are to die for. The pepperoni and veggie options are both delicious and we will probably go back again… someday. But the service is 100% horrendous. More than once my husband and I have had to drive around to the side of the building to wait for our drive-thru order when the restaurant has been otherwise empty. But today was the worst. Today my husband decided to go to Schlotzsky’s at lunch time, hit the drive-thru, and bring home our meal so that we could enjoy eating together before he had to rush back to the office. We were able to spend all of five minutes together because after getting in the drive-thru line at 12:05 and placing his order at 12:15, it was 12:40 by the time the food came through the window. The worst part is that the line wasn’t very long; the service was just slow. Absolutely unacceptable. And the best part might be that the drive-thru is designed so that there is no possible way that you can get out of line when you’ve waited forever. Yeah, because your car will fall over a wall if you make the attempt. So they basically hold you hostage in your car while doing whatever it is that takes such a ridiculous amount of time to prepare the food inside. Get your act together, Schlotzskys.

Expensive. Food is fine but minimal non caffeine /sugar options.

The food and service is very underwhelming. I drive by this all the time, and when I was finally craving deli foods for lunch, I stopped by. First of all, parking is very difficult to find — and if you need to make a left turn out of there, it is near impossible. Second, the service was was pretty bad. I ordered a turkey cobb salad with honey dijion dressing, which they forgot to give me. When I went back to get it, they gave me dijion mustard instead. Big difference. Also, the food wasn’t that good. Granted their salad was a decent portion & came with tasty pesto cheese bread, but their sald was filled with really dry and awkwardly large pieces of mixed greens. None of the ingredients were fresh, and the dijion mustard sure didn’t make it any better. If I were in the middle of nowhereville, and this was the only restaurant around, I could settle for it. But if I had a choice, I don’t think I’m coming back.
