Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. After working out, I needed a quick energy refill. This was around 2am in the morning. Two young teenage kids were working. The server was a young black male, who came and took my order. I ordered the berts chili, T-bone steak and eggs. First, I will understand if it was busy then the chili will come out late. I was the only table. I had to physically wave my hand to get his attention because he was on his phone to bring my chili to me. Second which drew the line is, HOWTHEHELLAREYOUSUPPOSETOCUTYOURSTEAKWITH A BUTTERKNIFE!!! I finished everything else to see if he will realize that he is forgetting something. When I was about start my steak, I had to again physically get his attention and when I did, he seemed annoyed with me, so I ask him, «is it kind of hard to cut the steak with a butter knife?» I usually tip 20%. This will be the first time ever that I have never tipped before, and I used to be a waiter a very long time ago. I really hope their management fixes this. With Waffle House all around, they really don’t want to lose business.

Service is fast and(usually) friendly. You keep one star. Ambience stinks. It’s a roadhouse diner. Subtract one star. It’s an unoriginal chain restaurant. Subtract one star. The food isn’t fresh. The hashbrowns look like they are out of a can. #Nothankyousir. Subtract one star. For what you get(grub worse than McDonalds) you pay WAY too much. Subtract one star. Stay away from the awful house. Spend your money at a local business that won’t make you struggle to keep your meal down.

Crazy… We came to Waffle house after six flags. Walking in we found several empty tables but not one table was clean. A witness asked why we were standing there. Really? Then after we explained to her that the tables needed cleaning and got a clean table she took our order. One of us got our food but it was wrong. Not wanting to wait longer after a busy day we said it was fine. We slowly got the rest of our order but not my waffle. I asked for my waffle, our silverware(yes silverware), and our drinks(second request for drinks). The silverware came. The waters came the waffle never came. I ended up eating my boyfriends waffle. We heard the waitress complaining about a one dollar tip(at this point I understood why). The cook tried to be friendly but needs training. The bacon should have been crispy but wasn’t. The hasbrowns should have been cooked but they weren’t. The table behind us left in middle of their meal because of inappropriate conversation between the staff. They were clueless… Clueless… clueless Part 1… Because I need to sleep tonight I won’t be writing part 2 or 3.

Had a great breakfast! Wonderful music and ambiance! The dancer Laura was also our waitress and really made us feel special. I even got a Waffle House hat!

This is a filthy waffle house; it’s hard to imagine returning to this one. The service was slow and I never got my coffee refill.

Alright guys, I know you’ve been waiting to hear about my romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at WaHo, so here it is. First off, if you don’t know, certain Waffle Houses get fancy for Valentine’s Day. I’m talking table clothes, flowers, candles, Valentine decorations, the whole sha-bang. I found out that it’s only one Waffle House per district, and the District Manager chooses every year. Which is why you’ll see one Waffle House do the Valentine dinner on year, and not the next. So my husband and I originally had an 8pm reservation(yes, we made reservations, not required, but helpful), but he got off work early, so we changed it to 6:50. A quick, simple phone call was all it took. First off, it looked like a normal WaHo on the outside, but the inside had all the cheesy romance and decorations that I love on this Hallmark holiday. The classic spherical lights that hang all over the restaurant were covered in red tulle, not enough to give a red tint to the lighting, but enough for a subtle dimming effect. Sometimes certain Waffle Houses have«greeters,» that help seat people during peak business hours. The greeter was there and opened the door for us. All the staff, cooks included, were wearing crisp, white button-up shirts, ties/bow ties — no aprons and no hats! A table was ready for us when we arrived and the greeter promptly seated us. There was a cloth on the table and a white piece of parchment paper on top. It reminded me of Macaroni Grill. There was also a small vase of flowers and a votive candle in a heart-shaped candle holder. Our server was immediately at our table and got our drinks quickly. We went big that night, TWO Cokes with splashes of cherry AND vanilla syrup. There was a special Valentine’s Day menu, or we could order from the classic menu. The Valentine’s menu was mostly dinner-for-two deals, such as steaks, chicken, pork chops and salads. But we went with the classic menu. He got the Angus cheeseburger, hashbrowns covered and chunked. I got the deluxe grilled chicken sandwich, hashbrowns scattered, smothered, double covered and chunked. Side note: They dyed the waffle batter pink, so people could get pink waffles! The place was almost full and the atmosphere was fun. People were giddy to share such a romantic holiday at Waffle House… of all places. The jukebox was going with dancing-type music and the place was filled with conversation. People dressed up for the occasion, some men wearing shirts and ties, others polos and khakis. I saw several women in dresses and heels. I saw couples, double dates and families there. It was the perfect place for anybody! The food was delivered piping hot and efficiently, which is standard Waffle House. Because it was a special occasion, everything was taken off the table. Condiments had to be delivered to the table. We got our ketchup and mustard with extra napkins and digged in. My chicken was really good, not dry and not too juicy. The bun wasn’t strong enough to hold the chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomato, so it got a little messy. The hashbrowns are always my favorite part and they were perfect. Who doesn’t love smothered, double covered and chunked hashbrowns?! And the best part… we got the romantic ambiance and great service at the same price. There wasn’t any mark-up because of the holiday. Our romantic night out was less $ 25(before tip). We went last year for Valentine’s Day and again this year. We have LOVED it both times. This is definitely a Valentine tradition for us.

Do you kind of feel that you spend too much time at Waffle House if you’re Unilocaling them? This WH is our favorite. The staff is awesome, Dre even knows our order before we sit down. Service, even on the busiest day, is super. The best part is that this WH is not painfully cold like the rest of them. Its usually pretty darn comfortable.

we went about 11 on a saturday and service was ok. little slow, and got kinda bad towards the end of our meal, but we sat there talking and were in no big hurry… I dont know why it took so long for Jalapeño cheddar biscuits to arrive but YUMMM. I got a bacon egg and cheese one to go for breakfast the next morning and it was spot on. While dining in we got an all star and a bacon egg and cheese wrap., everything came out pretty tasty, the sweet tea needed about 3 cups less sugar. but once the ice watered it down some it was drinkable. This isnt our usual location but usually still pretty good for some people watching. Food is made correctly and quickly. good olé waho

Never been to this location before, even though its not too far from the house. All the employees but one were men. Why not enjoy some eye candy while stuffing my face with hash browns? Service was friendly, like all WH’s and food was consistent as well. However, only three stars for this location. Even though I liked our server, he wasn’t attentive enough to our needs for water and coffee, the sugar in the sugar dispenser was wet, and the bottom of my coffee cup had coffee grounds in it.

Most easy going laid back waffle house I’ve ever been to, the food is usualy the same everywhere it’s the customer service that makes this place.

I like this waffle house. The staff is friendly and quick to get your food in front of you. Whenever I bring my 16 month old son to how location all the women servers always come over and say hi. They get busy on the weekend, and don’t have the moat tables, but I still am a fan!

Waffle House is awesome, through and through. So cheap and so good… wish it were a wee bit healthier. Anyways, this location is pretty good, but definitely not the best. I like where it’s situated, but there’s this one server who is a little off. I came in one time with my wife and 5-month old son, and we had him asleep in his car seat. We put the seat on the bench and the server came up and started shaking it, making sure it was stable so that it wouldn’t fall. I said,“What are you doing? He’s sleeping!” And he was like, oh, I didn’t see that, sorry. But whatever, that is the only real incident there. Not the friendliest Waffle House, but pretty good. Cook times here are pretty fast, too.

I know everyone knows Waffle House food, but the staff here make all the comfort food with a smile and maybe even love if you are a regular. My husband and I live right around the corner and frequent this place. They have always been very courteous. Once I brought in a home grown tomato and asked for them to make me a BLT with it and they happily obliged!

It’s kinda silly to write a separate review about *this* Waffle House, as they’re all exactly the same! But, that being said, it’s great here! I mean, haute cuisine it ain’t, but for good, cheap eats, it cain’t be beat!
