Came to this Panda Express because I am walking and am super hungry. Big mistake. I ordered the largest meal called«Bigger Plate.» I think it’s the same size as the other cheaper plates. The clamshell is more than half full of fried rice. The protein side is only 1⁄3 of the meal, not enough to satisfy my hunger. The vegetable egg rolls are soggy and taste awful like they’ve been sitting for hours in a steam table just like they appear to be(another mistake.) I finished my meal and I’m out $ 11.50 and I’m still hungry. I disagree with the previous reviews, this place doesn’t even deserve 2 stars, it’s a 1 star. You’ve been warned!

I was in the area and I noticed a Panda Express. I am from Boston and the Panda Express over there is my favorite. I was going to eat here. But after reading all the reviews I decided to pass.

No. Eat other fast food chinese chains. The mom and pop chinese places will give you a lot more mileage. You will need to pay a little more but it is worth it.

If I could give it a negative score I would. Today I got lucky and there was actually some of the food I went looking for. Unfortunately the staff on duty sucks. Especially the girl that was cooking. I’d ordered my food and was waiting in line to pay. She made it a point to come over and tend to the two people behind me. All the while knowing I was next. I made sure to let the other girl know and all she could offer was a soft sorry. This location truly does suck. I’m going to start going to another location. They need to get rid of the sorry staff they have at his location or just close it all together. It’s an embarrassment to Panda Express.

This is the worst place, the number one on running out of everithing you gays should be close the door early at night time instead say sorry I running out all the time.

As usual problems with service and order results yesterday. Two separate orders were not separated and the resulting tally was not correct. The two entrée orders were mixed up and no sauces were provided for the 4 veggie spring rolls. The server was inappropriate and asked if this was the first time there? Considering it was a busy time it appeared it was his first day. To make matters worse, a call to the Manager later was useless… she offered no help asking what did we want to do? This place always has issues and while it is closer to home than La Canada, I think in the long run going the extra distance is the way to go. I don’t see how they stay in business!

Agreed with the others who stated this is the worst Panda Express! Just got home after a long wait to find items missing! Had to substitute items as they were out of Beef with Broc!?! Order a two item plate only to discover they only put 1 item in there. Every time we go they are always having to apologize; quit apologist and fix the problems!!! No quality control, highly usual for the Panda chain. So disappointed!

This is by far the worst Panda Express in existence. They’re always running out of something. The Orange chicken should be called crispy chicken because it’s always over cooked. This is truly a rogue Panda Express. Whoever is in charge of ordering the food should be fired.

This is not what Panda Express suppose to be. Cold food. Over cook food. Needs some serious management attention.

As Panda Express’s go, it’s somewhat sub par. Hard to know how it’s possible to have so much variation given the same stock to start with. Though the parking lot is sizable, it is shared with the SuperKing market and is always overflowing. Fortunately there is an overflow parking structure across the street.

Tuesday, while widely known for being a celebration of tacos, is my Panda Express night. Tuesday evenings I shuffle on over to this local to get some fatty fast Chinese cuisine. Are all Pandas created equally? Pretty much. I find that when reviewing fast food, you don’t really find yourself in need of reviewing the actual food. It’s all the othe components that will affect your experience. The place is spick and span. The servers are polite and(on good days) actually friendly. They always serve you the fresh stuff if it’s just arrived at the counter, they’re quick on refilling the trays, they ring you up in a jiff, they don’t push they’re specials, and you get a nice little cup o water if you have to wait for something. This fast food may kill you, but at the very least it’s delicious and dependable. If you go at peak hours, watch out for the insane parking lot(bring your biggest bag of patience). Even Chinese people eat this sometimes… wife wanted this instead of a burger, lol Anyway, I’m glad they have that calorie count or my meal would have been 2700 calories without even knowing it. It is what it is… nothing special, it’s jut Chinese Fast Food. I don’t recommend if you want to loose weight but if you want some greasy food with lots of sugar and salt, get some.

Look Panda is Panda. My wife hates it, but I’m Chinese, and I’m fine with it. Obviously it’s NOT a 4 star restaurant, but this location seems to get a bad rap. I eat there often, and there’s nothing wrong or different from how they make their food from any other Panda.

I’ve been to several Panda Expresses over the years and this is by far the weakest location. The staff seemed friendly enough but they food was very blah. The orange chicken was OK but could have used more flavor. Same with the chow mein. The beef and broccoli was bad. It tasted very told, the texture of the beef was weird, and overall it just seemed dehydrated. Also, the portions are incredibly small compared to other Pandas. If you can, spend the extra time to drive over to the La Canada location where the food is much better and the portions are larger.

I’m a fan of Panda, but this location just sucks! I’ll drive to the one on Foothill in La Canada for better quality food AND service instead…

How come this location sucks?! How can they screw up chow mein and orange chicken so badly? I’m never coming here again. The cooks here definitively do not know how to cook frozen food LOL. The chow mein had a burned smell and taste to it and the orange chicken did not have any spicy notes to it, not enough chicken, too much breading, and dry chicken. Something is really fishy about this chain. The owner needs to go back to Panda Express School.

eh… it’s chinese fast food. It doesn’t suck but it’s not the best I’ve had either. Fried rice, orange chicken and string bean chicken. I had never ordered the string bean chicken so this would be new. I hated it. The string beans were overcooked and looked deflated. Found some little sharp thingy in there too. I’m sure it was from the chicken but who knows. i should have ordered the beef with broccoli like always. Next time I think I’ll decide to spend a little more and hit the Panda Inn for the walnut shrimp.
