Shay Ward

I called her in the morning and she was able to squeeze me in short notice. I went in to cut my long hair into a wavy bob with bangs and she did an amazing job! I’ve lived in anacortes for almost 7 years and this is the best cut I have had so far. She used Aveda and pureology products, and my hair looks, smells, and feels fabulous :)

Shay is the best hair stylist I could have ever asked for and lucky my mom recommended me to her. I am always greeted with a smile and have a good time talking while she does my hair. I trust her completely with my hair and eyebrow waxing. She knows just how to cut my thick curly hair to compliment my face. Knowing that Shay is great with color I didn’t have to worry how my hair would turn out when she foiled my hair today. The results were beautiful!
When I have ideas with my hair and ask her honest opinion I know I will always get that honest answer. A way better experience that I have had in the past with other hair stylists that go with the flow. Shay gives the perfect input every time.

Shay is The BEST colorist I’ve ever found. I trust Shay to keep my color looking natural and soft and I love how she subtly adjusts my color seasonally.
When I sit in Shay’s chair I am confident she will provide me with a «look» that reflects me. She listens to what I want in a hairstyle, gives me her input and always keeps me looking up to date. I have very fine hair but somehow between her extensive experience and her knowledge of Aveda products my hair looks fuller and actually has healthy movement.
