Came in hungry for food. Went to the rest room was really disgusting. The fish tacos were stail, got lemons for my drink and they were old and smelly. There was no small lids for the drinks and the beverage bar was a mess. And noticed that when the had no customers I line they were us standing around. That really sad. I’m really suprised because I have oe closer to my home but we were in the area so we stopped at this restaurant and it was not clean. There was also water on the floor by the beverage bar.

Food is always excellent here and employees have always been great. The reason I’m writing this review and giving a 4 star is that for the second time this month my order was wrong. This time i was really craving the steakhouse thick burger. But was in a hurry and didn’t open the box and check the inside of the burger till i got to my destination. I received a thick burger but not the steakhouse burger i got the original 6dollar thickburger. I really cant complain too much, as this burger was really good. I just wish i got what i ordered when i pay 9 $ for a small combo.

Both times coming to this location have to sit my car in park for five minutes or more to get food from the drive thru. Not a good experience when kids are crying for their food and having to endure 5 minutes more because the fries or whatnot was not prepared ahead of time. This is the only Carl’s Jr. that always seems to give me problems.
