Everytime I come to this place the food is amazing. Burgers always on point lol always leave with a full tummy. But the girls that take your orders are always RUDE they should definitely work on those attitudes. Never coming back to this place again. Always leave this place MAD!

Hands down the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Call in your order on a weekend, or prepare to wait. Burgers are also excellent.

I came here for a breakfast burrito to see what all the hype was about and I was very disappointed. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was not horrible but it was far from good. There was very little meat wrapped within the layer of tortilla and the burrito was filled with too much potatoes (hash browns). The salsa was not good or spicy. The customer service was not great, but I feel like they may be understaffed. I do prefer a mexican style breakfast burrito over american style, so I am biased in that regard. If you are looking for a good chorizo burrito, there are so many other spots in OC that blow this one out of the water.

This place has awesome breakfast burritos. That’s probably the only reason to go here. I’ve had other stuff but it’s nothing to write home about. Why the 3 stars? The staff. The customer service here sucks. The ladies that work the front seem like they hate there job. Also, the line can take forever even if you order ahead.
But yes the breakfast burritos are gold.

so far the breakfast burrito has been the only thing I have liked. The hamburgers are meh. Tasted like Costco buns and frozen McDonalds meat. But for the price, the burrito is deffinitely worth it.

The breakfast burritos stop being served at 11:30 and the customer service is extremely rude.

Like the food everything is very tasty eat here all the time my family loves this place only reason I don’t give a 5 stars because some of the staff is rude and not really nice which is a bummer because the owner a older nice gentleman is great he gets 5 stars girls need to work in the customer service skills

I refuse to give good reviews to an establishment who do not care about their customers. The heavy set Hispanic woman (& yes I’m Hispanic too) who took my order was rude and did not crack not one smile! Without us customers you guys wouldn’t exist! Food was no better or worse than any other burger joint I have been to. And they do not clean the tables very often either. Very disappointed.

Best Steak sandwich ever! I’ve lived in Orange County since 1972 and ONLY eat steak sandwiches from Troy’s! I loved them so much, I’ve now got my 4 children hooked on eating there too! Even as pre-​teens, they requested Troy’s and they have never seen a Troy’s commercial on tv or heard one on the radio!!!

The main dish– is usually the clear winner-​its best seller. Based on that Troy’s created a menu that incorporates all the foods to that each meal combination from other plates. I’m making this wwwaaayyy to complicated. Look at menu on wall, buy food, consume food. Have Camel cigarette.
Review over. This place is the absolute shit. Be weary of the mosquitos in late July/​August — they will attempt to devour you.

Been driving past this place for at least 10 years. Finally stopped to try their breakfast burrito. I’m glad I did. I haven’t tried all the breakfast burrito places in OC but I’ve been to most and this is the best breakfast burrito I’ve had by far. Try it with bacon, easy potatoes and green salsa!

I’ve been coming to troys for years to get their breakfast burritos. Who doesnt love a great breakfast burrito? They were so big and cooked perfect, I would get full all day off eating one of these. This past year I noticed they got a little smaller, just slighty and that’s no big deal because they are really great so I keep coming back. But my more recent times I’ve gone here, they just have not been great at all. The bacon was so under cooked, there is less meat and soo much hash brown, and they changed their sausage. I used to be big huge sausage, but now they taste like regular generic sausage you can buy at walmart and microwave. Not to mention the girls who take your order are so unfriendly and just rude. I won’t be coming back anymore.

One of the many small chain independent burger joints throughout the Southland that makes a good burger. The food here is great. Please come here instead of crap-Donald’s if you want a burger.

I came here in search for a breakfast burrito and they are pretty good! I ordered the sausage and bacon breakfast burrito and next time, I think i would omit the sausage. I was expecting farmer johns breakfast sausages but they are big generous portions of sausage. It really overpowers the taste when taking a bite. Really want to come back and try the chili cheese fries because I am still looking to find a place with good chili cheese fries in the area.
Breakfast burritos are large portions and only $ 5. You can call and order in advance and come just to pay and pick up. Might just have to try that next time!

A little building located on Lincoln ave just down the street from the little park. The building itself isn’t that big with only 5 tables to sit at inside and more outside. The nice thing is that on hot days it feels pretty good to sit inside. The down side is you have to order at a window outside in the direct sun. This can be a problem when there is a large line, not huge but a descent size. It can also get a little loud when every table inside is occupied.
The few times that I have been here I have noticed that most people eat the breakfast burrito, though I don’t eat breakfast foods that much I did try it I found it to be just ok, but this is coming from a picky eater who RARELY eats breakfast foods. Many other people seem to really enjoy it.
The next time I came here (my boyfriend and his mom really like the breakfast burrito) I this time ordered a cheeseburger and fries and found them to be meteor at best. I found the fries to be eh slightly on the soggy side with the cheeseburger to be just as eh.
It is not a terrible place and the workers are very friendly. I do like that there is a bathroom in the back which you have to get to by walking outside and around the building.
Still, not a terrible place, just not my thing.

Their breakfast burritos are amazing! My boyfriend and I were deciding what to eat and we happen to pass by and try it out. The place is small, good amount of parking, but not a lot of seating area. Although, I heard they also do call in orders.
As soon as we sat down to our table within the next five minutes our number was called. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito; the burrito was wrapped good, not messy, chorizo well cooked, portions of what was included was just right and the size wasn’t too big, but not small. I’m a petite girl so I only ate half, my boyfriend in the other hand ate the whole thing.
Overall, I recommend coming here and I will be returning and next time try out their burgers and fries! :)

Their breAkfast burritos are to die for. My personal favorite in Orange County.
I always go for ham and sausage but this time I got ham and chorizo. Ready to eat in less than 5 minutes and their service is pretty decent for a small place like this.
Highly recommended calling in your order as their lines may get long

This is the perfect road side greasy spoon and I love it! My only wish? There’s something about the fries. They’re just bland to me. Nothing special. Everything else though is perfect. Efficient, straight to the point employees, clean areas (even though it’s been around a while), and good food. It you want a burger or some fun fast food Mexican food, go to Troy’s!

Do you like breakfast burritos?
When I see a sign saying «Best breakfast burrito» I get intrigued. I LOVE LOVE LOVE a good breakfast burrito so my hopes were shattered when I bit into it and it didnt live up to my expectations. I ordered the bacon one which was mostly hash browns, then egg, cheese and bacon. Average size for a burrito. Flavor was nothing special. I think I would of enjoyed it more if I didnt have such high hopes.
The parking lot is okay, can be kind of tight especially if people dont know how to get in and out.
But for the burrito, I was a sad sad girl. But one of my buddies who lives in the area still swares by Troys and claims they are the best. To each their own.
