Denny’s

Went there two days in a row for breakfast, the hostess was really nice on both days. On the second day, the hostess was busy, There were 2 servers up front at the register that just ignored us and waited on someone that came in after us. They pretended not to see us and I noticed that they had no name tags on.
Then Jasmine greeted us and sat us down. Turned out she was also our server. There was a 100% plus improvement with her service and personality. She made up for what the other 2 servers lacked. The hostess was also very pleasant,

Good service, good breakfast spot, ordered the American slam, with turkey bacon and chicken sausage, wheat toast. Coffee and water, service was good and helpful, food came out pretty quick. Overall good service and good food for breakfast.

This Dennys is the worst one I have ever been too. They literally had one waitress for the entire restaurant my meal was undercooked and had to be sent back. Everyone at my table had finished eating by the time it returned and then it was still raw in the middle. To add injury to insult I still had to pay for meal I couldn’t even eat. Won’t be returning

Same olé same olé local cookie cutter 24 hour Dennys at Lincoln and Tustin in Orange near the 55 freeway. Please don’t hate on me, but I loooove Breakfast at night and Im not ashamed to admit that Im a Dennys girl. Dennys is always best with a group.
I have been here a few times with zero issues. They always accomondated the Mister and I, or our loud obnoxious party of friends. We have never been asked to leave as we nursed our cup of coffee.
I stick to breakfast or burgers here. Those are my safe tickets all the time. Bacon is always ordered extra crispy that way chewy undercooked slices are not in front of me. My burger has always been yummy paired with fries or onion rings. Washed down with coffee or coke with cherry syrup.
3.5 stars… it’s Dennys. A okay!!!

Food was burnt had bad aftertaste food was old found onion in my pancakes. Server was kind and friendly. Buffalo wings were only plate that was good location is good not too busy like other locations. Probably would come back first time food was not well prepared.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We lost our phone and this place was so defensive and said it’s not here and I said well I’m going. When I got there they said they found it that some clients found it and that we told them it was the wrong place. Horrible service! I liked the last manager. This manager sucks!

Went in today to eat breakfast with my family for my birthday. I had never eaten at this location before. It’s very nice and it’s clean. Our server was great, very attentive. I received a free grand slam meal for my bday which was awesome. So why the 3 star rating you ask? My overeasy eggs were undercooked. Big no no with me. I almost died from food poisoning I got at an IHOP from that very thing and haven’t been back to an IHOP since 2008 because of it. It freaks me out. I know the meal was free, but they still need to watch that because the hospital visit isn’t. Overall it’s a nice location, but they can keep the side of salmonella.

My meal was AOK as always; please don’t judge — I LIKE breakfasting at Denny’s! The food was prompt & waitress accommodated my food switch requests with a great attitude.
On the downside, the silverware appeared to have hard water deposits, and the bathroom needed cleaning.

I enjoy their food ok but the service here is a hit or miss more miss than hit though. Many times we have to sit and wait forever. Many times we have to ask for even the basic simple stuff like having our water refilled.
The quality of their food is actually not bad. Their pricing and food variety is better and more fair than IHOP.

Ok, what can you say about Denny’s. You know going in what to expect and they lived up to my expectations. The food was just ok and the service was just ok. If you look at my review of Kings Fish House the service was much better here than at Kings… LOL At least someone came bay to make sure you have what you needed. Well it was just good Denny’s…

Excellent Service. Came in for dinner and the Server Named Sabino was always so accommodating and friendly.
Definitely coming back again.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but I’m glad I did. I knew exactly what I was in for as far as the food goes and the service at most Denny’s is usually pretty good but what surprised me the most was how genuinely happy the employees seemed to be with each other and the refreshing sense of comradery they had. They seemed to enjoy where they work and so I commend the management for creating such an atmosphere. I will definitely continue to eat there.

Service was en pointe today! The manager herself came and asked us if we had been served after about 5 minutes. She came to deliver the water and then after the food was delivered she cleared plates and asked us how breakfast was.
Server was great too (ryan). Would come back again.

My boyfriend and I have been to this location many times. On average we receive very good guest service. However on this occasion it was unprofessional and we felt like outsiders.
My boyfriend and I walked in the restaurant and Juan was at the cash register and told us to sit down. So we sat there and waited with no menus for 10 min. He finally came around and gave us menus. He was very unprofessional and looked dirty. Anyways we ordered our food and about 20 min later juan brought it to us. Our food was extremely cold. I dont blame it on the cook it was our servers lack of care that made it cold. He was outside smoking talking. When he arrived with our food he smelt of marijuana and cigarettes.
We were so hungry and waited so long that we ate our food. He then went to another table and told them that if they would write a Unilocal review about him that he would give them free desert!!! They agreed and he give them two free lava cakes. He comes around our table with the whole free desert speech. We declined the offer.
We left feeling like this wasn’t even a legit dennys. What kind of people is this location hiring! If your good with juan then see him… He has free food for you. If your not you will feel out of place!!!

Just as delightful as I always remembered. They need to bring the mozzarella stick grilled cheese back though! I went to this Denny’s with my dad and we had a good time. Sabino was our server. He’s a cool cat.

I don’t rate Denny’s too highly but we go there a couple of times a month. It’s sort of a «go to» place even if it’s not great. Here’s a lunch I ordered recently. It seemed harmless enough on the menu. Skinless chicken breast, broccoli, a few potato slices.
After I ate it I spied one of those nutrition charts hidden behind some menus and I pulled it out and discovered I had just consumed 1680 calories! Wow. My bad.
Maybe my biggest mistake was going there at all.

This is my third time here. This Dennys is definitely better than other nearby locations I have been to.
Food is always good — for a Dennys that is. Nothing to complain about here. I ordered a Philly cheese melt tonight and my boyfriend a T-​bone steak. We both enjoyed our meals. :)
I feel bad for the server tonight as she seems to be the only one working and surprisingly soooo many people showed up on this Sunday night. I thought she did her best and it was really well done. We waited a little long for our food, but I also think there is one chef working.

Today I placed an order of breakfast to go and received great customer service from Maria the general manager. Lauren, the lady who took my order over the phone, was friendly and helpful as well.
I arrived to pick up the order and was greeted by Lauren who had taken my order. She was just as nice and peppy as she was when I placed my order. She took care of my payment and I added an OJ which she quickly went to get ready for me. While I waited Maria, the manager, came over to give me the food and went thru the order.
She pulled out each plate and showed me to make sure all items were there. Since I placed the order over the phone I thought I had everything I ordered but she was the one to inform me that I was missing items. The lumberjack slam was missing the hash and an extra sausage and bacon. My fit slam was missing the fruit. She went to the back and quickly gathered my stuff missing. It was definitely busy and there was a lot going on but it was great to see good service and attention to detail even for my to go order.
The location has been redone and it looks great! The food was yummy with a 3.8 star rating! Eggs were a bit runny with watery liquid but over all Denny’s breakfast is usually tasty. Can’t say so much about lunch and dinner menu except for the super bird sandwich which is one of my faves!

I’ve been here a few times for dinner because it’s super close. We’ve gone to other Denny’s as well, but this one is just so-​so. I’m not sure why, but the food here just doesn’t taste as good as other some other Denny’s.
The service here also varies. They are super nice, just not super efficient. The place looks like it might have been recently cleaned up, even though the décor looks outdated, there aren’t rips and tears in the seats like you see at some older Denny’s. I’ve read some other reviews that say the place is dirty, but I haven’t experienced that.
We often find Denny’s coupons in the mail and/​or newspaper (20% off your entire meal) which is really the only reason we go, and it’s close, and it’s 24 hours.

This Denny’s is located right off the 55 freeway. Good value with their $ 2, $ 4, $ 6 value menu. Place was recently remodeled within the last 8 months, clean and nice.
Service also very friendly.
