Artisans Salon & Spa

It’s very hard to find somewhere in Anderson to get a good hair cut. I was so happy when I came across Artisans on my Facebook feed. The salon is very nice & very professional looking. The prices are extremely reasonable and they do fantastic work. I highly recommend Amanda!

First time we used their services to braid our daughters hair for a wedding in which she was the flower girl. We traveled a long distance to get to their salon. Staff did a fantastic job and we were pleased with the services provided.
Approximately 4 weeks later, we schedule another appointment for our daughter as she wants to try something new. Showed up at the salon at the appointed time and no one was there. Waited 20 minutes and also called the number provided. No one answers nor returns our voice mail messages.
Get a call back the next day advising that they left a message canceling the appointment. Not true! They left no message and could not find the phone they supposedly called. The person we spoke with made it clear that we were in the wrong and displayed less than professional behavior on the phone. In our opinion, the lack of organization and less than professional behavior displayed by their employees justifies the rating given.
