Bad experience. Received a quote on a room late last night from a non-professional employee. Despite the feeling that I shouldn’t stay there, I went against my better judgement and it was late, we were all tired. We parked, unpacked my family with luggage, 5 minutes later walk in and suddenly that gentleman left and I had their other non professional employee… Who wouldn’t give me that rate. Really?! I’m not making it up. She refused, said she had no idea how he gave me that rate. It wasn’t a great rate in the first place considering it’s a crappy, unkempt hotel, with low grade employees. We even smelled weed when we stepped out of our car, just for icing on the crappy cake. We walked out, repacked the car at midnight with two overtired kids, and drove 4 hrs home. I believe she though I’d pay that price since I was in there already w my kids. Of course you can honor that rate, do you think I’m stupid? Nope. Not recommend to anyone.

First of all. I have a service dog… As you know by the Ada you are supposed to allow him at no charge. This guy who owns the hotel didn’t want to allow him. Wanted to charge a pet fee which is also not allowed by Ada rules and regulations. He also wanted to charge for a second person in the room which is a total crock. Everytime we left the room we had to go back to front desk to have our keys remade. Not to mention the front desk clerks have got to be the rudest and trashiest cussing non professional people I have ever come in contact with. The room over all is ok. The shower water drips non stop. The house keepers slam doors cuss and carry on as guest are walking by. I highly wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy staying here

Stay for one night, bed was okay. But feels like a full and not a queen. Really small closet. A/C don’t work as well, not that cold. Ventilation in bathroom is really loud. Blood on the other queen bed… Room was clean and didn’t have any weird smell.

Man, where do I start? Or should I!?! I check in and couldn’t tell the front desk clerk from the straglers out back smoking. Finally after waiting for 2 – 3 mins, one of them motion to me to, «hold on.» So, I wait and she finally gets to the computer and apolgize about my wait. I get checked in quickly and off to my room. I walk in to a horrific odor of a strippers purfume, with a hint of smoke. Mind you, this is a NONSMOKING hotel. I was to tired to go and complain and switch rooms. It is such a pain in the ass to go through the whole check in process only to be greeted with a sub par room and have to go back down and do the check in process all over again. I decided to tough it out, and deal with the smoke. I unpacked and pulled my laptop out and proceeded to sit in the computer chair, but noticed grease marks all over the chair. It looks like some one lathered up in lotion and sat their all day browsing the net, GROSS! Still, not worth going down to the front desk. I hop in the shower, the bathroom was the most clean part of the whole room. I went to take a towel off the towel rack, and it FELL out of the wall, no kidding! Overall, place is a dump. I am a diamond member at Choice Hotels. And I can count on 1 hand how many times it has meant anything. Only time it;s worth a damn is if you stay at a Cambria Suites, or a Ascend property. I stay for the points, and rewards. If it wasnt for those, these properties wouldnt exist. Stay if you must, but run if you can!
