I would rather not give it even one star.
Barely even greeted! I had several clothes in my hands that I wanted to try on and not ONE girl offered to start me a fitting room. When I asked, they just said, «They’re open.» Yet, they were more than helpful to other customers. Never need to return to this Ann Taylor.

In principle, I should like to shop in this store because the window displays always catch my eye and the outfits on the headless plaster dummies look so nice. But in practice, I find it almost impossible to find anything that I like or that fits me there. If they are signalling to me, it’s a waste of their time. I just have to end up going to Macy’s anyway. Is my head that much of a liability?
