Marketplace Café

The food and service at Nordstroms café is always stellar! I was in the other day and they were out of my ginger peach iced tea and I was very disappointed. So I ordered regular black tea and was drinking that when the server came over and said that the manager went down to the e-​bar and got me a ginger peach tea because they were out of it upstairs. Nordstroms is all about customer service and they do it well!!!

Best sandwich of my life. I got the Turkey and Cranberry. Seriously life changing its a must try! Very pleasantly surprised.

Food is good. Awesome customer service. Sinorita at the counter is the best! She is a keeper! All around a great experience thanks to Sinorita!

Bottom Line: Fresh, delicious, simple food served in a relaxed and quiet environment.
I’ve always liked Nordstrom’s Marketplace Café for grabbing lunch at the Mall. Unlike so many eateries throughout Annapolis Mall, the Café is quiet and relaxing. Plus, the fresh, delicious and simple food served here is reasonably priced. I also like that they have many healthy options; after all, who wants to eat a glutinous meal and then try on clothes?
The Café is located on the 2^nd floor near BP and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think the way it works is that for breakfast, you order at the counter and they bring it out to you. For lunch or dinner, they come to the table and take your order. In any event, the food always comes out quickly and the wait staff is great about coming back to check on you.
Some of my favorite items on the menu include the spinach and tomato cage-​free-​egg omelet for breakfast and the Chinese Chicken Salad for lunch. I appreciate that they have fountain sodas since I’m a diet Coke junkie.
Of course, just like the other departments in this store, I have encountered some associates with sour attitudes, but overall, my experiences have been great.

Very good Tea — they serve Mighty Leaf and very good salad dressings — Nordstrom brand. Tomato soup with a crostini is excellent. Very good Salmon Niçoise salad. Daily specials. Good service. Lots of regulars.

lol! Yes — that bad. I would have taken it back, but I had already walked the whole length of the mall and didn’t feel like doubly back. I wound up tossing it with ¾th still left over. Just terrible! Skip that and get a real tea and you should be ok.

A true gem tucked away on the second floor of Nordstrom. The Café serves outstanding scratch made soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and entrees. Be sure to check out the frequently changing and creative specials. For the price point, food and service doesn’t get much better.

Came here to get something quick to eat in the midst of shopping with mom. She suggested going so I went with her advice. There wasn’t too many people there considering it was a Saturday afternoon.
Both servers seemed very relaxed and chill, they took our order immediately.
I ordered the blue cheese and pear salad and my mom ordered the cranberry turkey sandwich. The food came out pretty quickly. My salad was huge and good. The servers came to our table plenty of times to see if we needed anything and they were nice. I’d recommend it.

If you want to grab some good inexpensive food, this is a great spot. Also the customer service is excellent, never had a bad experience. Highly recommend the crab cake sandwich.
