Great pizza. I get the thin crust chicken robust pizza with the white sauce or the chicken bbq pizza. Both are great and fresh ingredients. I always order for pick up and never had an issue. The lunch buffet not so much of a buffet though. I ate here once a couple of months ago for their lunch buffet and not much pizza or salad ingredients to choose from. There were only 2 half pizzas left and once they were gone, the next one took forever to come out.

Just walked out of their lunch buffet, after being there for 45 minutes, hungry and pissed. They might want to look up the definition of a buffet and note that it includes actually having food. This was noted by a number of other patrons as well. I arrived there right at noon. Under the pizza buffet lights were two sad looking half pizzas and a platter of cheese bread. As expected all three had past their prime some time ago and were barely edible. The cheese bread looked ok but turned out to be cardboard. Several other patrons came in about the same time. I assumed there would be more pizza up soon. Sadly. No. After about a half an hour they put out a chicken white sauce pizza that tasted terrible. The chicken needed to be put in the garbage the day before. Again, I waited. Fifteen minutes later they finally put out a half pepperoni and half cheese and a Hawaiian. As you can imagine, I and the other patrons wasted no time divvying up the two pizzas. That poor cheese bread platter was still there begging to be put out of its misery. The pepperoni was overcooked but the Hawaiian was edible. I only got a sliver of each out of respect for the other patrons. Assuming I’d be able to collect social security before I saw another craptastic pizza come out of their kitchen, I bailed and grabbed McDonald’s across the street in Walmart.

I like Mountain Mike’s, but I LOVE this location in particular! The employees are always very friendly and provide good service. I usually go during the lunch buffet and they are always accommodating and will make whatever pizza you want. They even have a Veggie Curry pizza which is delicious and unique to this location! That’s my favorite.

Great pizza and good customer service. Unlike Roundtable the pizza is always ready when they say it will be. A great value also!

Tried to order a pizza online. Doesn’t work. Call it in, tell the girl our address multiple times very slooooowly so she can understand. Still gets it wrong. Then the delivery driver had to call multiple times to get our information correct. He ended up in the wrong neighborhood. Poor guy. Felt bad for him since he obviously works with people who aren’t so very smart. Never ordering from here again. 1. Fix the dang website 2. Listen and learn how to spell Ordering pizza should not be this hard.

I usually order from the mountain mikes near Raley’s but figured Id give this location a shot, the pizza was a large 3 topping for 15.99 but was over $ 24 after tax and delivery… outrageous, but hey I really dont mind paying for a great pizza… pizza came in a reasonable time but was worse than a $ 5 hot n ready… The dough is so thick making the pizza unbelievably dry… the cheese and toppings stop about 2 inches from the crust leaving a good bite and a half before all you get is dry bread… and I actually prefer thick crust! lol I will NEVER order pizza from this MM’s again and suggest you dont either unless you like paying $ 25 for a big pile of dough. It was so dry Im actually feeding the left overs to my dog. We are a family of two and always order a large or mountain because we love left-overs but this is just bread with a handful of cheese and toppings scattered about. What a waste of hard earned $. Smh.

I love this place. They always have the nicest young people working here. Several deliveries and each one was very pleasant and personable. I also had a delivery with a slight error and they came back out with a fresh order. The food is great and the gluten free pizza is delicious. I have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend for either dine in one take out. We have even ridden our bikes here. :)

New owner! Remodeled! Delicious pizza! Came here for lunch buffet on Thursday at 11:30. There were no pizzas out yet, because the place was empty. We asked to do the buffet and the owner was very nice and said the pizza would be up in 5 min. The salad bar was fully stocked and everything was fresh. The pizza came out and they had done half pepperoni half hawaiian. It was loaded with toppings and perfectly done. A couple of minutes later it was followed by another half and half. Veggie and supreme. Then another, garlic chicken and barbecue. All had tons of toppings and cooked perfectly. It is super clean and the owner is very nice, he gave us coupons! It was just us and they still put out 3 quality pizzas with 6 choices and cheesy bread! Best of all, the customer service. We will be back!

We had a takeout order from here about a month ago. I called in ahead of time for a Thin Crust«Snowy Alps» pie, stopped by the grocery store next door, and when I walked in, the pizza was just coming out of the oven — perfect timing! The pie itself was delicious, the size was more than adequate.(My wife and I had leftovers the next day.) The pepperoni was«different» from other restaurants’, not bad at all mind you, but noticeable. The only thing that we didn’t like was the thickness of the crust — it felt too thick to be a «thin.» We used a coupon to get a small discount, and overall were well pleased. We will frequent Mountain Mike’s again.

They have great service !! I had ordered pizza for deliver the other night, forgetting to ask for cheese and pepper. Thank god that the driver was prepared, carrying cheese, peppers, plates, and napkins when he delivered my pizza on time !!

First of all — I’m not a huge buffet pizza eater but have been to both Mountain Mikes and the Round Table further East and there’s just no comparison. Service has been hit and miss as has the food. I just don’t feel like I can get consistent results going there so haven’t been eating there nearly as much as we used to. When things are good, they’re good and when they’re bad they’re bad.

I live near by this mountain mikes and have been going there for 6 years. I recently received a pizza that was made incorrectly. We made a call the next day letting them know there was an error and we’re assured by the person who took the call that’s since she could not do anything. that the owner would call us back when he gets in at 1pm. We never revived a call. We called the following week, spoke to the owner and we’re treated so rudely that we will never go back. Six years of buying pizza from them and we were treated like dirt.

It wasn’t terrible, but not exactly good. I came here today for the salad bar. The person at the register was less than thrilled to be there. I just came for salad bar, not the pizza buffet; which was a good thing because the pizza was slim pickings ! There was a couple slices of combo and a couple pepperoni. The salad bar was sub par. Lettuce wasn’t fresh, a lot of the items looked old– especially the carrots. Was a bummer to be honest, but wasn’t the worst place I’ve eaten. Pros? Good prices I s’pose.

Ok went there again and the pizza was very good-excellent even. The service was better this time around-maybe they were overwhelmed the last time because two teams had come in and they were packed. So even though it was moderately busy on this Friday night, their service was friendly and prompt. So I upgraded their rating accordingly. This will now be my favorite place to go for pizza because I love the crust which is crispy(hate soggy) and the fresh ingredients. I also asked for the chicken garlic pizza and half with white sauce and half I requested pesto sauce instead(have to order is specially). This combo was excellent-gave me the best of both worlds. So I love their pizza! They also have a desi pizza which I hear is one of their favorites-I have not tried it yet, but that will be next! Also a good place for kids to play like air hockey and arcade games-although that can also be a bad thing too with kids wanting coins constantly to play which can add up!!!

This is a review that’s been a long time comin’… Moving up here to the East Bay from SoCal was quite the experience. But what worried me more was finding the foods/restaurants to replace all my regular places from SoCal. The first night we moved up here we definitely felt like having a pizza. Searching around we saw all the chains of course, but then Mt. Mike’s Pizza popped up… Not a chain we’ve ever heard of before. Welcome to NorCal! ;) Since moving up here we’ve had Mt. Mike’s(Antioch location) several times. At least once a month. We only get delivery from here… We haven’t tried actually eating in the restaurant… Pepperoni Pizza — This is the best Pepperoni pizza we’ve had. We’re so used to the pepperoni pizzas from the chains & even CostCo. But the pepperonis that Mt. Mike’s uses is different from all the rest. It has a great spice to it, just a little kick. The pepperoni pizza never disappoints. Garlic Tuscan — Complete it has: Topped with Louisiana Hot Sausage, salami, black olives, garlic, fresh green onions, and sun dried tomatoes with red sauce. We ordered it sans the sun dried tomatoes. As you can see from the picture it was just loaded with toppings. The flavor was great and everything tasted pretty fresh to us. Photo: Robber’s Roost — Toppings are: Chicken pieces, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and fresh green onions with a creamy garlic white sauce(red sauce can be requested as well). Again, packed with toppings! The garlic sauce was nice. Just enough hint of garlic, not too overpowering. The onions were nice and crisp! Everything tasted quite fresh again. Photo: This is definitely a great pizza find aside from your run of the mill chains or grocery store freezer pizzas. Eat it… Love it… Unilocal it!!!

Tuesday special = 50% off all large pizzas… Hummm, Sound like a good deal right? NOT! Maybe a good deal if you don’t like sauce or cheese on your pizza. So in escense, you get 50% of the pizza! We purchase 3 pizzas of which, 1 half cheese half pepperoni, 1 was a combo and 1 was a ham and pineapple. There were plenty of toppings but hardly any cheese(the cheese pizza had a thin layer of cheese). Im sorry, but pizza is just not pizza when there is not enough sauce or cheese. The pizza’s didn’t taste right at all! I contact the store, asked for the manager and advised the manager that our pizzas had barely any sauce or cheese. The manager continued to tell me he saw our pizzas when they were made and that they had plenty of cheese. I told him that I could lift up the toppings and I didn’t see enough cheese to even cover up the dough. The manager continued to yell and state his claim, I responded with, «we’ll I’m just the customer and since you seem to think I am wrong and don’t want to listen to my complaint I would just not purchase pizza there anymore and that I would write a review on Unilocal regarding their facility.» The manager continued to yell so I just had to hang up. So, if you want bad customer service and want pizza with barely any sauce or cheese go to this Moutain Mikes Pizza(corner of Hillcrest and Lone Tree Way in Antioch), if you love what pizza is about«sauce and cheese» go somewhere else! I am posting pictures so you can see for yourself what I am talking about.
