My experience on a 7pm Monday was just fine. Clearly the area must be distressed because the bathrooms were locked. As a Taco Bell it was the same as any other Taco Bell. Works for me and the lobby was clean.

I would review the food but I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes at the drive-​through when I don’t have much time to wait. So the tacos tasted like waiting for taco salad tasted like waiting the gordita tasted like waiting and the quesadilla tasted like waiting.

Ironically, the Taco Bell on Hillcrest is better.

It’s just like every Taco Bell. Cheap, Fast and Easy just like what you had before you woke up at 3a.m. hungry. On a serious Note, this place is okay in terms of customer service, not always friendly but what do you expect it is Taco Bell. The floors will make you lose your appetite, they need to be cleaned more often just like the rest of the restaurant. The food is ready right away.
Warning: Do NOT come here after 12pm until 7pm. It is swarming with disrespectful teenagers who need a good parent beat down. If you value your belongings and your innocence don’t even think about coming here. Every DAY there are at least 2 or 3 teenage fights that have at least 50 kids watching. They should not serve kids without a parent during those hours. Don’t bring your teens unless you want to feed them to the wolves. Lol
If that didn’t scare you, Enjoy your meal you must be from Antioch.

3 stars just because I don’t really care for taco bell. Yeah they’re good and yummy, but theres better taco places near by. This place is sooo slow especially the drive through. The workers… are something else, some of them are down to earth nice and some are just hella moody… Overall its a good last resort choice. I mean the movie theatre is right there, why not bring 1 $ tacos in: P or you can go to mcdonalds right across and get a burger. your choice.

Was in the drive through and I got someone else’s order, this was insane! So I went back and they refused to take it back, and worst of all the other person had food that was half the price of mine! Ugh I will never come back to this place again!
