Best ice cream in the Binghamton Area! They have about 40 flavors, all Perry’s, and it’s impossible to choose what you want! There’s so many good flavors. Try two scoops in a waffle cone, it’s great for under $ 5. I always get hard ice cream, but my buddy always gets soft serve. He’s a big fan.
One word of warning, they don’t take credit cards, so be sure to bring plenty of cash.

I’ve been eating ice cream at the Dipper almost as long as I can remember. Great selection, good prices. Nice and cold.
