As soon as we got here I knew by looking at the lady behind the counter it was going to suck. It took her close to 20 min to give us our rooms. It was extremely hard to understand her. She handed us our keys and we proceed to go to our rooms with our bags up the elevator. The lady then said we don’t have an elevator. Strike number 1. Hike my ass up 2 flights with my bags and go to my room. Open the door and realize The room was occupied. Tv was on and clothes everywhere. Strike number 2. I quickly shut the door and go to front desk and explain my situation. She was extremely apologetic and gave me a new room along with a 10% discount. So off I went again. I get to my new room and notice the toilet was constantly running, the ac wasn’t working too well, the alarm clock had a short, the pillows where as big as a throw pillow. Strike 3. Fuck this place. Complete bush league. Stay at the holiday inn.

It’s OK but not Unilocal«A-Ok!» because that sounds too enthusiastic. There are some major fails with this hotel that far outweigh any good things I can say about it. The easy parking and convenience to local establishments are good sells. There is a continental breakfast that I did not take part in, but I did see in action. None of the eaters looked displeased, so I guess that is a good thing. As far as the rooms go, its basic faire with a few peccadilloes thrown in. For instance, in my room, there was a chair that was primed for sitting in and reading. But the standing lamp was placed way on the other side of the room. I’m kind of nitpicking with décor issues like that, but they become big deals should someone wish to… you know, sit and read under a light. Another reviewer mentioned the thin walls? I have to agree, because every time somebody in a nearby room flush the toilet, I heard it. Not the biggest problem, I’m just lucky I wasn’t placed next to anybody loud. And speaking of bathrooms, mine had a door that was badly installed, making it very difficult to close as it rubbed against the floor. That’s just clown shit. The water pressure was terrible and it never got hot. It could very well have been one of the worst showers I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m just about 100% against coming back here for dread of a lame shower experience. However, sleeping was good, with choices between firm and soft pillows. I think the toughest situation I had to deal with was getting online. For some reason, neither my phone nor my laptop were interested in finding the log on page. Fortunately, I carry an old phone just to play games on and it zipped right to the login page. So all I had to do was copy that URL to my other devices. Nobody who worked there knew how to get around this. If I ran the hotel, I’d have that page address written on the hotel wifi instructions sitting right there on the desk. Now that I think about it, my stay was not even«okay.» It was merely fair.

BEDBUGS!!! I stayed here 3⁄27 and 3⁄28 in room 129. After the first night I woke up with a little bite on my hand but didn’t think much of it because we had been outside the night before and thought it may be a mosquito bite. The second morning I woke up with bites all over my arms. I had no idea what they were, I have never had an experience with bed bugs or seen a bed bug bite before. Over the next couple days the bites got bigger and my hands were so swollen I could barely move my fingers. I called the hotel and the general manager told me there were aware of the problem, I was upset and asked why they didn’t inform me of this issue and she said that the bedbugs were small so she didn’t think it was that big of a deal. BEDBUGSAREALWAYS A BIGDEAL!

Friendly staff continental breakfast was good bacon, sausage eggs waffles any other cold breakfast foods. Only draw back was the mattress was hard and both my wife and I hips and shoulders hurt after 5 hours of laying on it. Other than that good clean hotel
