I try to avoid this Wendy’s at all cost because the service is generally terrible! Haven’t been here in awhile and wanted to try the Gouda Bacon Cheeseburger. Service was actually really good today, very quick. I requested no onion on my burger and they got it right, but the burger was cold, in fact, the cheese never melted at all. FYI, opened burger to eat not even 5 minutes after getting it, so it should have at least still been warm. Once again disappointed in this Wendy’s.

The inside of the restaurant is very nice and girl behind the counter was friendly. But is it really that hard to put together a cheeseburger? We ordered a double stack with no onion and a Jr cheeseburger with mayo, No pickle, No onion, and no mustard. The double stack had ketchup, mayo, and onion on it; the Jr cheeseburger had ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Is that a twisted joke? Basically everything we requested NOT to be put on the burgers was the only thing they put on the burgers. Not impressed Wendy’s, get it together!

I don’t usually think fast food is that great but this Wendy’s is the exception. I’ve been here several times and the food is always good. The service is great and we love the manager. If you are looking to grab a fast bite to eat in Apex, this Wendy’s is the place to stop.

I am a foodie at heart and try my best to eat a variety. For so many years it seemed Wendy’s was falling off. But thought I would give the Son Of A Baconator a shot today to take me back to my childhood Wendy’s trips. Burger was great and the new fries are delicious. Thanks for working to improve Wendy’s!
