This tire store will get you in and out quickly. I got new tires on my Tahoe faster than it did to drive there. Just beware they will up sale you on everything. The mounting, balancing, tax, shop charges, warranty, valve replacement and install charges are more than the cost of the tires. Overall good experience.

Won two tire rotate/​balance certificates at a local school silent auction. Brought my Honda Accord in for the balance/​rotate late Saturday; around 3:45 PM. They told me it would be about an hour. Didn’t hear back from them by 4:45 (they close by 5pm and are not open Sunday), so I called them and the said they forgot to call me but would stay open until I arrived. I arrived at 4:55pm. They greeted me in the parking lot and told me there would be no charge. Wow. The balance/​rotate was perfect. Hard to believe are honest tire shops around anymore. I’ll be back, you should too!

Have been dealing with this place for at least 15 years and it just doesn’t get any better. The guys who work here are very nice, friendly and professional. Service is great and prices are reasonable. You get acknowledged right away upon entering and they keep on top of things. Since this place is popular, it’s best to make an appointment, that way you get bumped ahead of all the others who are streaming in. Have never had a negative issue with them.

I get top-​notch customer service and fair deals every time I come here. Prompt service, tires last, and protection deals against road hazards.

Looooooove the amazing customer service. I came in to see if I can get my tire patched from a nail being in it. They then told me I had several tire rotations passed due since I purchased my tires with them and it all is free of charge. How amazing!!! Love it!!! Definitely recommend this place. I haven’t been to any other discount tire but the one in apopka and absolutely will be my only tire place :)

I definitely recommend discount tire for all your tire needs. Raun is a excellent tire specialist that goes out of the way to provide the best service for all the customers. He greeted us at the door before entering. Got our vehicle in the shop right away and had our tire repaired very quickly. He even let us know and gave us great advice about getting our broken axles on our odyssey. I was recommended here by a family member but now recommend this place to everyone! A+++

I recently purchased 5 tires from this location. One had to be ordered and it was just installed today. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The prices were better than I found elsewhere. I needed something further that they didn’t have and couldn’t get in time for my needs and I was told where I could get what I needed. Fantastic! Been a fan of Discount Tire for about a decade off & on. Put some new Generals on my Silverado recently. Made an appointment online. I was in & out in under an hour. The inside guy made one minor push to sell the profit maker (err tire warranty) he didn’t push any more after I politely declined. All in all: shop online Discount Tire was best priced all things considered.

My fiancé and I have been coming here for about 5 years. I love this place, the guys hustle here And do a good job. I had an appointment this morning @ 10:15 for a rotate and balance on tires I bought from them last year. I showed up at 10:00, and was out the door by 10:20! Never had a bad experience here, unlike another big tire chain we don’t do business with anymore because I caught their service guy (kid) joy riding in my car!

I have dealt with this business for 15 years. I have bought tires for mercedes, Aston-​Martin, Acura, Chevrolet. The service is second to none. Employees are courteous and competent. apparently this co. has a great training and hiring program as its employees are a cut above its competitors. Free flat fixes, rotations etc. Simply the best.

Just purchased a Mini Cooper and took it to Orlando Mini to repair a nail in my tire… big mistake!
Orlando Mini said it could not be repaired and offered me a new tire for 200.00.
Well…I drove directly to Discount Tire (mainly because the gal I purchased the car from did the research and found the best priced tires in town and then acquired her new high dollar Michelin ride flats here) …
…and they repaired it for FREE!!!

They bent my rim by dropping on floor with barely any air in tire and wont cover my rim!!! I never will be a customer at this place ever again!!! My rim is constantly vibrating ever since i stopped by this place. I’m going to report on them to BBB and make sure i put a dent into this business!
PS, there should be ZERO star rating for this place.

Always fast professional service at a great price. Is like watching NASCAR changing your tires…

I have purchased tires and had all my tire services on at least 8 vehicles performed exclusively at this Discount Tire store since it opened 11 years ago. So this Saturday was no different. I special ordered Bridgestone 20″ tires for my polished aluminum wheels.
I arrived first thing Sat AM, went in talked to the service writer and walked him out to my vehicle and showed him the condition of my wheels, informing him that I wanted them returned in the same condition as the were at that time. I paid for the tires, left my vehicle with them and departed. 1 hour later, I rec’d a call the vehicle was ready for pickup, I returned to the store and first walked around the vehicle to view the job.
First, I viewed sloppy tire shine (dressing) all over my tires [and wheels], this was the least of my problems, but nevertheless annoying because this goopy tire shine attracts dirt and spins out excess shine slop all over the fenders. I should have had the choice of not receiving tire shine, don’t you agree?
Second, one of the TPMS valve stems was replaced with a different color valve stem than the other three.
Third, there were scratches around one of TPMS wheel ports, as though someone was careless with their wrench.
I walked back to the store counter, asked to have the service writer take a look at my vehicle. I reminded the service writer that he never asked if me I wanted tire dressing (wouldn’t you think they might just ask? after all the dealer service writer asks if you mind your car being washed, don’t they?). I also reminded, that I informed him that the condition of my wheels was important to me. He looked at the vehicle and asked another senior service writer to take a look. The second service writer informed me the scratches were old but that they would replace the stem and wipe off my tires, no mention of trying to buff out the scratch. I am particular about my wheels and would have seen the scratch bc it is very noticeable. Pretty easy to say «that’s an old scratch». Also the fact that I always use them for any and all tire services (flat repair, wheel balance and all) tells you all that you need to know about the origin of the scratches. I believe given the circumstances they could have done more to satisfy my complaints, but it was apparent they were more interested in getting me out of their hair. Using this Discount Tire store in the future will not be part of my plan.
Further, I get home to wash off the tire dressing and notice they have not returned my specially purchased shiny aluminum valve caps; they put on 3 plastic ones and left the 4^th wheel without a cap. Additionally, there are now numerous scratches where a tire tool was inserted to remove the center cap on several wheels, wouldn’t you think they might slow down enough to treat my wheels with a little respect? I spent 2 hours buffing out most of the scratches but alas the scratches around the TPMS valve are too deep to buff out.
Now for almost $ 800 does this sound like good quality tire service? You be the judge.

Buying tires is never fun.
It is expensive, time consuming, and involves flipping through old magazines in an uncomfortable chair to the funky smell of rubber saturating the air.
It is necessary, tough, and this Discount Tire does a good job making it as pleasant as possible.
They have good, friendly service and a decent selection with reasonable prices.
They do not do wheel alignments here, but otherwise this is a great place to get a new set of treads for your sled.
